BIT Mesra allot seats to the applicants based on their scores in the accepted examinations. There are over 100 seats for the integrated MSc programmes at the institute. The seat intake varies for each of the course specialisation. In addition, the maximum number of seats are available for the integrated MSc in Mathematics and Computing course, i.e., 77. Birla Institute of Technology Mesra considers CAT score for admission to MBA programme. However, it is not compulsory for the aspirants to have a valid CAT score. Aspirants can also get admission through MAT, XAT or CMAT scores. Selected candidates have to further pass the group discussion and personal interview round for final selection.
