Satisfied with placements, beautiful campus, average faculty, and below-average mess food.

Infrastructure: The Mechanical department at BIT Mesra offers various labs such as Robotics and Automation, CAD, Fluid, SOM, and Automobile Lab. However, most of the machines are very old or are not in working condition. Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library facilities are very good. The hostel is in average condition. The mess food is not very good. Free medical and sports facilities are provided. Canteens and vending machines are available in every hostel.

College holds a great name in Jharkhand. Good ROI for circuital branches.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure for CSE students is good. For the first year there is a common building and then for 2, 3, and 4. There is a separate building called RND where the classrooms, lab, IT infrastructure, and many things. Library is big and fascinating. There is Wi-Fi in the classroom, building, and hostel but with some restrictions. Hostel and mess are average.

Although the placements this year were fewer than the previous year, it's still in the top 1%.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the college is pretty solid. There is a library which has 2 floors, and the second floor is quite large. Wi-Fi facility is provided throughout the campus. Classrooms are big, have AC and are provided with digital boards. Now, considering the mess, the quality is okayish in some and great in others. Food is good, and medical facilities are top-notch, which cover all the charges.

Good if it's the CSE branch, else completely avoid this place.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not suitable to accommodate the number of students who have been taken in. Labs are clearly obsolete, and hostels are pathetic. I'm in my 3rd year, and I live in an 8ft/10ft room with a roommate and 1 shared table, and my room door barely opens.

Phenomenal college with great placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities include smartboards available alongside blackboards to teach the curriculum perfectly and at an advanced level. Campus Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the campus, and hostels are also equipped with Wi-Fi. Canteens and college canteens are available during college times.

4/5 college. Decent placements & infrastructure.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also decent (above average), but not great considering the amount of fees we guys are paying. In the first year, you will get double occupancy rooms with basic facilities like a bed, a wardrobe, a study table and a chair available. From the second year, you will get single occupancy rooms, so that's a plus point. Mess food is good for survival. Breakfast and dinner are good, but lunch is bad. Night canteen is available. Sports facilities are good, both indoor and outdoor, w...

Cost more than 21 lakhs, but definitely worth it for circuital branches.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are awesome. You won't feel regret for being here. The hostel is not too good. You have double sharing in a room, which is actually not enough for a single guy. Wi-Fi is good enough here, in both hostels and campus. The mess food don't expect like IITs. You have to hardly manage with food. The quality is okay, but you have to compromise with varieties.

It has a satisfactory college life with good placements.

Infrastructure: Labs are functional enough. The entire college has a proper Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms are well-maintained, though some classes have broken tables, but they are not in large quantities. The library is good, but it is only functional till 9 PM on Monday to Friday. The hostel room is very small for 2 people, but the food, sports, and canteen facilities are above average. Medical facilities need a lot of improvement.

The infrastructure is well maintained, and the placements are good, with the average being 11–12 LPA

Infrastructure: Many equipment in the labs are damaged but still being used. The Wi-Fi connection is very good, giving a high-speed network of up to 100 Mbps. The library is quite disappointing as books are in bad condition and there are not enough facilities, and there is no AC in the library.

Civil maatt lo CSE, mech, ECE, EEE are good options.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The campus is big and full of greenery, and it has good vibes in terms of nature. The buildings are also good, but the hostels and their Wi-Fi are not good, as Wi-Fi is down most of the time, due to which I recommend that you take a backup plan for Wi-Fi for yourself.

Amazing campus, good placements, good infrastructure and facilities.

Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled (around 150 Mbps if you get a strong signal). The hostel Wi-Fi works well most of the time, but sometimes it goes down. The food varies hostel-wise. It is better than other colleges (you won't find insects and all in your food daily).

Good college, hostel facility avg, placements are avg, and lush green campus.

Infrastructure: The hostels are good, but the water in the bathrooms is hard. The hair feels oily after a bath, and despite having a water purifying setup at Mesra, the drinking water is not up to that standard. The Wi-Fi here is not reliable. Sometimes it gets cut due to unnecessary reasons, and gaming on hostel Wi-Fi is restricted. You can't play any game here unless you find a solution. The food quality is decent.

Above-average placements perhaps the best college you can get if your rank is low.

Infrastructure: I must say the infrastructure for the entire college, including the hostel is very bad. The rooms are cramped as they force two students to stay in a room meant for a single person. Hostel food is decent. Sports facilities are 9/10. A gym is also available, but most of the time it's very crowded.

Used to be good, but now it's doomed.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is good, but is restricted to a limited number of sites. Labs aren't maintained regularly, and the classrooms are enough to accommodate, but not all the teachers are well-equipped to tech. The library is good, but the environment there isn't good. The hostel is just bad. The food is bad. The rooms that are meant to be for one person are currently given to two students.

Good college, but only recommend for branches like CSE and AIML.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good, but there are some restrictions, like the game website is blocked, and the mess food is average, like in a week they give 4-5 good meals. The hostel room is quite small, not for 2 people. The classroom is good with proper projectors. Free medical facilities are also available sports facilities are also good.
