Bundelkhand University offers BTech Computer Science Engineering whereas, MJPRU offers BTech Computer Science and Information Technology specialisation. Both are four-year programme each. For better decision between the two, below is the comparison of BTech CSE course offered by the universities:

Bundelkhand University offers BTech courses through the Institute of Engineering & Technology. The course is offered in 7 specialisations. The final selection in some specialisations is on the basis of the AKTU entrance test, whereas for some specialisations the University also conducts its own entrance test. To be able to apply for the BTech courses a candidate must have passed Class 12 with PCM with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

Bundelkhand University, Jhansi will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

• The JEE Main score of the candidate
• The category of the candidate
• The number of seats available in the course

The total tuition fee for the BTech programme at Bundelkhand University is INR 3.4 Lakh. Tuition fee is usually paid at the beginning of each academic year. Hostel facilities are also provided to students and the charges can cost around INR 75,600. The total fee budget may also include admission charges, BA application fees, and examination form fees.

As per some unofficial sources, the opening rank is 164277 and the closing rank is 492288 for BTech in Food Engineering and Technology at Bundelkhand University. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Bundelkhand University Jhansi offers admission via entrance exam or qualifying exam scores of candidates. For courses such as MCA, BCA (Hons), BCA, MCom, etc., based on merit. Aspirants applying for these courses does not require passing an entrance exam. The requirement of entrance test scores varies course-wise.

Bundelkhand University has not released the placement report 2023. However, NIRF 2023 has released the placement report. According to that report, there was a 6% increase in the median package offered to UG (3-year) students and a 13% increase in the median package offered to PG (2-year) students. The report also states that around 1,299 UG and 751 PG students were placed during Bundelkhand University placement 2022.

NTA had started the CUET PG 2026 application process on December 14, 2025, at the official website for admissions to the master's degree programmes offered at various participating institutes.

CUET PG registration process 2026 was completely online, and candidates could fill out the application form by creating a registered account at the official website. The last date for filling out the CUET PG application form 2026 was January 23, 2026. Originally, the last date of application was January 14, 2026, which was extended till January 20 and January 23. The application fee had to be paid by January 25, 11.50 PM.

The Bundelkhand University JEE Main Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the BE/BTech courses for all rounds and categories under the Home State quota. As per the last round closing ranks, the cutoff ranged from 216275 to 1281371, wherein B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest course for admission for the General category students belonging to the All India quota.
