Placements: Placements are below expectations. You can't rely on colleges and would need to apply off-campus. Top placement stood at 24 LPA.That too off campus. Top companies include L&T, Vikas Groups, TCS, and many others. Previously, 131 out of 470 students got placed.

Infrastructure: Hostels are in very poor condition. Toilets and bathrooms need to be fixed. Labs and classrooms are average. There is no facility for digital classrooms. There is no Wi-Fi. Classrooms of other branches like electronics and other core branches are poor.

Faculty: As of now, teachers are a bit supportive and focus mainly on studies. The course provides knowledge. It is relevant but does not make students industry-ready Semesters are not tough but students are not ideal. They took slightly so the passing percentage is very low as a whole.

Other: There are no fests or extracurricular activities.

Review of IERT Prayagraj.

Placements: Placements were good before 2022. Big tech Indian companies visit our college like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. For core branches like Adani, Green, etc., visit the college. But nowadays, placements are very poor. Only 15-20% of students get good placements with an average package of 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of IERT Prayagraj Campus is very poor. It has old buildings. They are very poor with cracks and no painting and maintenance for many years. Labs are available but not with all the equipment. Wi-Fi is only for teachers and staff. Classrooms are okay. Hostels are similar. There is a poor canteen. There is no sports culture.

Faculty: Faculty members are good and qualified. All are Ph.D. holders. They are knowledgeable. They have a good teaching quality. The course curriculum is provided by AKTU Lucknow. Exams are also conducted by AKTU. The course is a bit relevant. Exams are moderate.

Our college has good value for money. It has good teachers.

Placements: Around 50-60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Tata Power, and Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited. Almost 80% of students got internships. The top role offered in our college is a support captain.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is below average. All classrooms are good and comfortable. Wi-Fi is available on the campus as well as in classrooms. All labs are good. They run properly. Every facility is available in the hostel like good food, medical facilities, sports, and different grounds for different games. The quality of facilities is impressive. Our canteen is always well-maintained and clean.

Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified. They do their jobs with passion. Their teaching quality is very good. Students like them. The course is relevant. Exams are moderate. We have to score at least 30% to pass exams.

Other: After every month, our college organises different sessions to improve aur quality by experienced alumni.

College try to make students industry ready.

Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is average but their GATE ranks are good. The highest package offered last year was 10 lakhs, the average was 5-6 lakhs, and the lowest was 3 lakhs. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, Chetu, Infosys, TCS.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure provided in my courses are Wi-Fi, airy classrooms, library and labs. The girls hostel is quite good. There are three seater rooms with individual tubelight, fan, table, chair, single bed, and cupboard. The bathroom and mess are clean. The mess food is healthy and hygienic but there are no medical and sports facilities.

Faculty: Some teachers are good while some are below average. Overall the teaching quality is average. The students become industry ready. The difficulty level of semester exam is average and not too difficult. More than 90 is the pass percentage.

Other: I chose this course as this course has many career options in private as well as government sectors. I wish more practical knowledge and real life problems and solutions are imparted to improve the course. There are some events conduct in our college such as technical fest, cultural fest, sports.

Review of IERT-Prayagraj.

Placements: The placements are good in my college and that's why I had opted for this college. The percentage of students that got placed is 84 percent in electronics. The highest package is around 13 LPA which was offered by IBM (the top recruiter for our course). Companies like IBM, Microsoft, chetu software solutions, tata steel, tcs, Wipro, etc. visit our campus every year. There are very good internship opportunities because the college has a well maintained Alumni system. The alumni spends a lot on college placements and infrastructure and as well as on internships. They provide internships in various fields like data analyst, HR, developer, ML explorer, etc.

Infrastructure: The whole campus is well-equipped with Wi-Fi routers. But there is one demerit, i.e. the mobile network doesn't work properly in the campus, only BSNL and JIO work well. The library is also very big and contains books of many foreign and national writers. The hostel is very near to the college, it is at a walking distance from it. The hostel is good but not much good because the building is very old and the infrastructure is not also very good. But the rooms are well-equipped with lights and windows and are well ventilated. The food quality is also great. Meals are given four times a day, i.e. morning, lunch, snacks and dinner.

Faculty: Almost all the teachers are well qualified and they all speak English. They are generally Ph.D. holders from well renowned institutes like IIT's. The are also very helpful and provide support to students in studies and in mental health as well. They conduct regular discussions on topics to understand them to the core. They also teach according to the curriculum which has been prescribed by the AKTU. The test quality is also very relevant to the semester pattern which helps students to perform well in exams. They are moderately customised according to the pattern and topic.

Other: This college is government and hence any type of fees hike does not happen. There is no issue of attendance. Only 70% criteria has to be fulfilled. The course is informative and practical based knowledge is provided hence I enjoyed it a lot. The Infrastructure should become better because there is a need of renovation in the college for the betterment of the students. There is a fest called Akiyam (cultural fest) which contains various offerings for the students to show their talents to the crowd. And also Technovation (Technical fest) which gives students a valuable chance to show their creativity and knowledge by participating in events like robo wars, track holder, brige- head and many more. There is also availability of scholarships to the students who are not able to afford the tuition fees which is around 63000 INR.

Overall, it is a good and affordable college.

Placements: Almost all the students got placements. The highest salary package offered in our course is nearly 18 LPA this year. The top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, VMWare, Infosys etc. All the students got internships from our course in these companies. Overall, it is a good college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available anywhere. But the infrastructure is good but has poor maintenance. The classrooms are well-equipped. The library has all the necessary books but no extra books for entertainment. Food available in mess and canteen is average. Sports facilities are above average.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is much better. Almost all the teachers are post-graduates in their respective subjects. The course curriculum is relevant to the latest CBME pattern. Semester exams are difficult, and you need to study the whole year to pass the exams.

Placements: Electronics branch students are placed mostly in Tata consultancy, Wipro, and AWS. The highest and the lowest salary packages are between 20 to 6 LPA. The top recruiters are AWS, Tata consultancy, L&T, and Amazon. Many students start preparing for the GATE in their second year. Students get a star in the township for the course in many companies like Wipro, L&T, Google, and Amazon.

Infrastructure: Campus has 24-hour Wi-Fi, good infrastructure, and air-conditioned classrooms. Air-conditioned labs with all the required facilities. Library is small but has every book like GATE, internship, programming, and so many other books written by our facility. Canteen is awesome with everything like a cutlet in winter, hot or black tea is also sold and can save money. It is only opened only for12 hours. Medical facilities in the central office with medicines are available. IERT ground is available for daily activities like walking or playing with classmates, juniors, and seniors. Infrastructure is awesome for exercising. The food provided in the mess is awesome and also the vegetables are in good condition according to weather or climate. Interdistrict competitions in games and sports and also can participate at the state level.

Faculty: Faculty is awesome, well knowledgeable, and also the retain book for GATE preparation and also for other examinations. Teaching quality is awesome. Our course curriculum is relevant to the relevant and it is updated with the industry point of view. There is no difficulty in passing the semester examination because most students gets 8 CGPA each year.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in electronics for making the small parts and seeing the small gadgets. Updated knowledge change in our course like you can say the programming languages in electronics engineering and also connecting the programming with the hardware. University has to update their course and also add some new programming languages so that most of the students can get a job in their second year or third year and updated it according to the industry needs. Scholarships of Rs.56,000 are provided. Teachers provide extra curriculum activities like MAT lab or programming courses and also in other programming languages you can get knowledge from placement cell. Awesome connectivity with seniors regarding the knowledge of the examination and the process of cracking the government exams or getting placed in the big companies.

It is the best college for government job preparations.

Placements: In IERT, about 30-40% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is about 2.5 LPA. But, this is the best college for government job preparations. Among all the courses present in the college, the best placements records are from the computer science and electronics branch.

Infrastructure: As this college was established in 1955, so the infrastructure is a little bit old, but some of the buildings are newly built. But if students can compromise with the infrastructure, then academically it is good. Wi-Fi is not available in hostels. There is a canteen in the college.

Faculty: We have very qualified and helpful professors. Apart from the outstanding courses and professor guidance, participants need a well-built campus and other infrastructure facilities. Maintaining a safe atmosphere for students is important for their well-being and concentration towards studies. Students who migrate from their city to pursue an education after leaving their school often find it extremely difficult to adjust to a new place.
