Career Point University (CPU) located in Kota, is a private university which was established in 2012 by Rajasthan State legislature council “Career Point University Act”.Admission to B.Tech is on the basis of valid scores in JEE Main while admission to M.Tech is on the basis of GATE scores. For admission in MBA candidate must have valid scores in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT.Mba minimum cutt off required 

Admission shall be given on the basis of

1. Bachelor’s degree performance and marks secured in personal interview or
2. 80 percentile in MAT/CAT/XAT or
3. More than 600 marks in GMAT.

Career Point University eligibility criteria specifies the minimum qualification and aggregate required to apply for a programme. Candidates can apply for UG courses with their Class 12 score. The minimum aggregate for most of the courses is 50%. Hence, candidates with 60% in Class 12 can apply for admission. There is 5% relaxation for SC/ ST candidates for some of the programmes. 

In case where students withdraw admission before the start of classess, complete fee except admission fee is refunded. Once the classes begin, no refund can be made. Below are some key points of Career Point University fee refund policy:

• Admission fee is not refundable under any circumstances
• Caution money will be refunded in full
• Hostel Fee will be refunded after proportioned deducting of fee till the month of withdrawal. If student leave hostel without completing session then caution money shall not be refunded
• Request to withdrawal and fee refund should be made on the prescribed application form available at the admission/registrar office. Along with fee
  refund application, student has to submit the ID card, Original Fee Receipt & Due clearance Certificate
