Central Agricultural University BSc Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission, Dates, Placements

Central Agricultural University BSc course admission is entrance-based. Admission to Bachelor of Science courses, the university and its accepted colleges accept ICAR CUET UG conducted by the NTA. Moreover, 85% of the total seats are allotted under state nomination as per the reservation policy of the concerned states, and 15% seats are reserved for candidates from all over India through the CUET, strictly with the ICAR reservation policy. Step 1: Central Agricultural University BSc Application Process 2025

Candidates should apply only through the online application process on the website https://vvww.cau.ac.in or directly access from https://admission.cauimphal.online. The university only accepts online application forms.

Step 1.1: Fill in the online application form and note down the system-generated application number.

Step 1.2: Upload scanned images of the candidate's photograph between 10 KB and 150 KB, candidate's signature between 10 KB and 150 KB in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG format, and CUET UG score card between 50 KB and 300 KB in PDF format only.

Step 1.3: After filling the form, make payment of the fee using the online payment method and keep proof of the fee paid.

Step 1.4: Print a copy of the confirmation page after successful remittance of the fee.

Note: A separate application with a separate fee for a separate college/ degree programme is to be submitted by the candidate.

Step 2: Counselling Process

Shortlisted candidates must go through a counselling process or verify their documents in their selected college affiliated with the Central Agricultural University. Additionally, there are chances that candidates will get a seat in the BSc course at the university's campus.

Step 3: Admission Confirmation

The shortlisted candidates can confirm their seat by verifying their documents and paying the valid amount of the course fee. The total tuition fee of the course is INR 4 lakh. The fee amount mentioned is sourced from the official website/sanctioning body and is subject to change. Therefore, it is indicative.

Central Agricultural University BSc scholarships are offered to students based on their merit, scores achieved in ICAR CUET UG, residence, etc. Moreover, CAU scholarship students may be eligible to apply under the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). State-Specific-Scholarship

These state-specific scholarships are given to students from seven north-eastern states. The amounts can vary depending on the state and may be linked to academic performance. The amount can vary from INR 30,000 to INR 53,000.

National Test Scholarships

Awarded to meritorious students in agriculture based on their ranking in the ICAR CUET UG.

Ishan Uday Scholarships

The scholarship will be given to a student who is domiciled in the north eastern region and has passed the Class 12 exam from any government-recognised board of the north eastern region. An amount of INR 5400 per month. Parents' income should not exceed INR 4.5 lakh per annum.

NOTE: Candidates who get admisison through self-financed mode are not eligible to get scholarships from the university.
