A bit disappointed regarding tour and trips and also the time table of final year students.
Placements: Placements on the campus are negligible. A few numbers of students get placed. This year, almost 3 of my friends were placed in Kotak Life Insurance with a salary package of 3.5 LPA, and the role offered is of management trainee. The lowest salary package offered to the seniors was 2 LPA. Companies like Kotak Life Insurance, Gillette, etc., visit the campus for placements. The college doesn't have tie-ups with other companies for internships. Students find internships on their own. The stipend offered is not more than Rs. 8,000, and some of them are not offered a stipend. There is a placement cell, but there is no use if there are no tie-ups with companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is not bad. Wi-Fi facility is available in all over the university. Labs are good. There are digital classrooms. The library is much better than other government university libraries. The canteen is okay. Hostels rooms are good. I have faced an issue regarding the canteen as there is a shortage of canteens.
Faculty: There are a bunch of teachers who are very helpful and well qualified with a minimum of 6 years of experience. The quality of teaching is fair enough. They use the lecture method, seminars, group discussions, presentations, etc., for teaching. The course curriculum is good but not good for the extraordinary students.
Other: Events are conducted here in every short period of time. The fest is held every year. The campus crowd is okay because there is the narrow presence of other courses. There is connectivity through the highway. All commercial departments are around there. The college doesn't conduct any extracurricular activities.
