KCET is not sufficient for B.Tech admissions at the Central University of Karnataka. The university accepts both CUET-UG and JEE scores for admission to B.Tech courses. Admission to UG courses is based on CUET scores. Only the students with a valid scores can register on the CUK-Samarth UG admission portal. After the CUET result declaration, students need to register on the university admission portal. Then a list of eligible students is released following which grievances are accepted. Then a provisional selection list is released with the names of all the students that can take admission. If seats are left vacant, then a second list will be released. Further, students can confirm their seats by paying the first-semester fee.
