My life as a public administration student at CUK.
Placements: The course offers great scope in terms of administration. The total strength is 28 members, who were admitted through the CUET exam. The exam consists of 100 questions, with 75 percent coming from the study subject and 25 percent from the general area and GC.
Infrastructure: The class is well-constructed with good infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and a library. There are 4 to 5 hostels for both girls and boys. The hostels have facilities like hot water, Wi-Fi, common rooms to study in, etc. The hostel food is also acceptable to both North and South Indians.
Faculty: The quality of teaching is excellent, with faculty members even working at UPSC. The course curriculum is very relevant, which is apt for my future journey as an administrator. The exams are conducted by the department itself, and it all takes place within the university.
Other: The course was selected by me because it has great scope abroad, and since I can study at a central university.

Worth a shot, and it is a central university after all.
Placements: There weren't any placements for the batches before us, and the same is the fate of our seniors. Around, 3-4 batches have passed out excluding our seniors batch, and none of them had any placement opportunities, and that I know. As of now, there haven't been any announcements of placements in our campus for any of the departments.
Infrastructure: Central University of Kerala is about to complete their plan of building new academic structures for the batches from the year 2018 onwards. The campus is around more than 250 acres, and there is a plan of a new cricket ground. As of now, there are football, badminton, and volleyball grounds. There are two hostels for girls, and one for boys in the main campus. Further, the university is divided into five different campuses like Periyar, Vidyanagar, Kuniya, Padanakkad, and Capitol centre in Trivandrum.
Faculty: Respective departments have at least 4-5 members as faculty, and all the faculty members are associate professors at the least and have a doctorate in their respective fields. The course covers a wide range of topics from pure mathematics to applied, and there is MATLAB as well.
Other: There is one major arts fest known as Cankama, which is spread over three days. The campus is always filled with people till at least 9'0 clock. The surroundings of the campus are thick forest cover, but there are shops and restaurants nearby as well. A two-day sports fest will also be organised along with the cultural fest.
