What is CUET PG Cut Off ?
The candidates who want to get admission in that university will be required to fill that university's application form. These Universities will release their round-wise cutoff to call the candidates for admission. Now the participating universities will start their Counselling process and will release the course-wise and category-wise cutoffs for their CUET PG Courses.
Also, CUET PG admission cutoff will vary for each course and category. Candidates will be offered admission to the Central University, state university and other participating institutes based on the CUET PG 2026 cutoff. In general, students should keep this in mind cutoff of Delhi University, BHU, JNU, etc. is generally high as compared to the other CUET PG participating institutes.
CUET PG cutoff marks is minimum score a student has to get to get admission into a particular course in a particular college. It varies year to year as the cutoff depends upon a set of factors given below:

CUET PG 2026 Passing Marks
CUET PG Passing Marks 2026 will be the minimum marks required to simply "pass" an examination. They indicate that a candidate has achieved a basic level of competency. They establish eligibility for further processes, such as counselling or further stages of selection. While declaring the result, NTA does not mention the qualifying marks. How to Check CUET PG Cutoff 2026
The Exam conducting body will release the CUET PG cutoff for each subject separately on its official website - https://exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/. No login will be required to get the subject-wise cutoff because it will be available in the public domain.
This implies that the candidate is eligible to proceed to the Counselling round, but to get admission, their score needs to be greater than the CUET PG participating Universities' cutoff (of a particular category). Each participating institution will release its separate category-wise cutoff.

The exam pattern of CUET PG is such that, these 100 MCQ questions will be divided in two sections. While making the merit list of CUET PG courses by JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University), they doesnot include the section A marks scored by the candidates. Therefore the final marks out which the CUET PG 2023 merist list is made are 300 marks.
Around 4 lakh candidates are expected to appear for CUET PG 2026 examinations to get admissions in the 157 subjects offered in master's degree and professional degree courses. In case the number of candidates and the difficulty level are lower than last year, the cutoff of CUET PG will be higher and vice versa.
