Good facilities and infrastructure, freedom and harmony and overall, a perfect campus.
Placements: CUTN has a dedicated placement cell where students of various departments within the university are provided with guidance and training sessions to apply for and attend interviews for the selection of jobs in various companies under various posts. Recently, a 2023-passed-out candidate got a job with the 11 LPA package. However, the placement opportunity is purely skill-dependent, as this is a central government autonomous institute with no private holding.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well lit and ventilated, and the department has various labs for teaching as well as research purposes, along with multipurpose seminar halls. The whole campus is equipped with Wi-Fi modems exclusively for students, and each lab is equipped with its own Wi-Fi to support its high-end computers and other devices. The university also has a central library, which has one of the largest collections in South India.
Faculty: Teachers are more than just helpful; they act as real-time mentors for our academic as well as our non-academic progress. They are all easily approachable and friendly, and they provide a very interactive session of lectures in theory classes and demonstrations in laboratory experiments.
Other: The campus is all green and eco-friendly, and the nightlife at CUTN is pretty attractive. It also provides various places for sightseeing and recreation. It has dedicated playgrounds for football, cricket, basketball, volleyball, handball, throwball, badminton, and a well-equipped gym.
