IIT Bombay declared the results of UCEED 2025 on March 7, 2025. The results were announced for all candidates who appeared in the design entrance exam. However, merit ranks were released only for those who qualified Part A and were shortlisted. Part B answer booklets of candidates who failed to qualify Part A were not evaluated. The qualifying marks for Part A were released around the time of the result declaration.
- The first step of UCEED 2026 counseling is online registration. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam and have been assigned a merit rank in UCEED were eligible to participate in the counseling process.
- The 2nd step is the selection of campuses. Eligible candidates must register for counselling and select their preferred colleges in order of priority during registration.
- In the 3rd step, seat allotment is made. The allotment of seats is as per the merit rank of the candidate in UCEED and the choices selected. Post the allotment of seats, the candidate has to pay the seat acceptance fee and confirm their admission.

To be registered for CEPT MArch, candidates will have to fill application form with the required details. After all the required information is submitted, the candidates will have to pay the CEPT MArch application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. The CEPT MArch application fee is INR 3,500.
The admission procedure and assessment criteria are the same for national, international, and sponsored candidates until and unless specifically mentioned otherwise. The whole evaluation procedure is online. It is compulsory to appear for all the stages of evaluation of the admission process. The checklist of the process is mentioned below:
- Stage 1 – Eligibility Check and Shortlist
- Stage 2 – Prequalifying stage of applicants to be selected for Stage 3
- Stage 3 – Evaluation through Internal academic assessment
- Stage 4 – Preparation of Merit List
During the Stage 2 of CEPT admission process, the candidates will be allotted in the remaining seats. It is also to be noted that the score secured in the Stage I of the admission process cannot be carried forward to Stage II. All candidates will have to be physically present at the campus for Stage II of the admission process. The weightage for Part A (Test) and Part B (Personal Interview) is 60% and 40%, respectively.
