Chandigarh University's law degrees are considered valuable because of the strong academic curriculum, exposure to legal practice, and career support. The degrees are BCI-approved, which means graduates can register as advocates and practice in Indian courts. The university also organizes guest lectures by judges, advocates, and corporate professionals, keeping students updated with the latest legal trends. Internships are mandatory, so students gain experience at High Courts, law firms, and even with NGOs. Apart from professional opportunities, CU encourages students to take part in national and international moot court competitions, which adds to their profile. The law programs are structured to balance theory with hands-on training. So whether one wants to pursue litigation, corporate law, or higher studies, CU degrees provide the required academic credibility and industry exposure to move forward confidently.

Cutoff is like a number for entry. Every year it change. For CSE B.Tech at Chandigarh University, general cutoff rank for JEE Main was around 80940 in 2024. Some sites show a projected cutoff toward 63416 in 2025. This number is not fixed and keeps changing depending upon the application. More students apply with higher scores, cutoff goes up. If the application process has lesser in number, it goes down. So students always should not rely on just one figure. Always check the official admission notice before applying. Remember that cutoff is only one of the determining factors in admissions. Counselling rounds, examination performance, and seat availability are other critical aspects. So if you intend to get the CSE branch, shoot for a rank that is better than the last year's cutoff. Thus, giving you an upper-chance score.

I only know about Chandigarh University, therefore telling you that the university is the best for CSE and wanna tell that the university offers B.E. in CSE. The CSE department is also awesome, the classrooms, labs and library are modern and well-equipped. The department also holds hackathons, tech clubs and live projects, which give students more chances to learn outside class. The placements are also very amazing. Big companies like Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Infoys, Mindtree, IBM and Google, etc. visit the campus for hiring. The placement packages are high, which is great for anyone looking to start a good career.

CU does not compromise when it comes to eligibility for M.Sc. in Data Science. The criteria are very clear: a bachelor's degree with Math, Statistics, or Computer Science as one of the subjects and at least 50% marks in aggregate. Eligible streams include B.A., B.Sc., BCA, B.Com (Statistics), Commerce with Mathematics, and B.E./B.Tech. If you don't fit into this category, you simply cannot enroll. The reason is that Data Science requires strong analytical and computational skills, and without prior exposure to these subjects, students would struggle. CU follows this requirement strictly to maintain academic quality and to ensure that admitted students can cope with the advanced concepts taught. So, unlike some courses where exceptions may be made, here the rule is firm—no subject background, no admission.
