Christ University offers seats to candidates based on entrance exam score of the candidates. The university conducts Christ University Entrance Test for admission to courses such as BSc, BTech, BBA, BCom, etc. Besides, the university also considers scores in national-level entrance exams such as XAT, CAT, NATA, etc. for admission to specific courses. Christ University offers decent placements annually for course like MBA, BBA, MCA, etc. As per the latest report, 4065 students were placed during Christ University placements 2025, of which 2495 were from the UG programs and 1570 from the PG programs. The highest and the average package offered to the batch 2025 was INR 32 LPA and INR 7 LPA.

The highest salary package offered to students at Christ-Kengeri Campus is 21.5 Lacs per annum. The median package offered to students is estimated at 4.8 Lakhs per annum. All specialisations have good placement opportunities and there are openings for students from all specifications that they can attend. The University has a well organised and proactive placement support. One disadvantage is that the University offers very less placements for B.Tech in civil engineering.
