To be eligible for the BTech programme at CT University the candiates need to have a minimum of 50% in their class 12 from a recognised board, with any of the following combinations: Non-Medical, Commerce, or Arts. BTech is also offered as a three-year lateral entry programme and the candidates need to take LEET exam for admission to the lateral entry programme at CT University. 

CT University offers the BTech programme under four specialisations Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The university also offers lateral entry programmes with specialisations like Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. BTech lateral entry is offered under three specialisations at CT University. The specialisations offered are Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
