DBRAU B.E is an undegraduate degree programme in the stream of engineering. It is considered equivalent to a BTech degree. To be eligible to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) programme at DBRAU, candidates must have passed Class 12 with relevant Science subjects. However, the admission is not based on Class 12 merit. It is based on CUET UG or JEE Main scores, followed by UPTAC counselling. In case a candidate fails to secure a seat for a B.E at DBRAU, they can pursue a B.E/BTech at other universities or institutes. They can also check out the colleges offering online BTech courses.
While the exact set of papers will vary according to the specialisation chosen by students. Common BTech papers include subjects such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Additional papers such as communication skills and Ethics may also be taught.
