B.Sc. (Agriculture) Hons. - Batch of 2025
5.0
It's the best college for BA and Law students.
Placements: In my batch, many students are preparing for government exams like Agriculture Field Officer and NABARD. Some students are going for higher studies. There are many companies that come to the university for internships and jobs for students.
Infrastructure: The college provides many facilities on campus. Wi-Fi is available to all students in all departments and the library. All departments have well-maintained classrooms and labs. The labs are well-equipped with all the necessary equipment and machinery. The college also has sports facilities.
Faculty: The teachers at this college are very knowledgeable about their subject and practicals. They are always helpful and use the best teaching methods for students. They create a very friendly environment for students. They are the best.
Other: Because of my interest.

I'm satisfied with this college.
Placements: It is a technical field that provides a lot of opportunities. It is a newly launched course, but it provides great opportunities for placements and internships. Students must study well and be active to get placements and internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There are well-established, new, and different labs for different subjects such as agronomy, horticulture, genetics, etc. It has fields for practical classes and a personal library for the agriculture department and has all types of books related to agriculture.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are hardworking and very good. Their teaching quality is very good and understandable. They put a lot of effort into their studies. They are friendly and helpful. The pass percentage is 50%. Semester exams are not hard if students study in class. They can pass the exams by revising the given notes and practicing some questions.
Other: I chose this course as it has a lot of scope and opportunities for a career. Students of our course can become assistant professors, do research or jobs in several banking sectors related to agriculture, become IFS officers, become an entrepreneur, and can start their agribusiness. UP government provides full scholarships. Our campus is very good. Events and fests are organised in our college to provide fun for the students.

I would recommend students to join this college.
Placements: There were low placements in this college, and students were suffering much because of this. Students were finding seats in the government exam so that they can place somewhere. In our course, students were offered fertilizer factories, agricultural fields, and animal husbandry.
Infrastructure: Our college is very famous. They provide many facilities like good laboratories and Wi-Fi. Classrooms were good, and the environment was peaceful. Library was also very good, but some books students had to carry with them because all books were not available.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified, and they had great degrees. Our course curriculum was good especially for village students, because they can practice in this field. So they feel easy in this field and the scope was also good. Exams were not tough, if students study properly.
Other: I like agriculture field, and there is much need in the agricultural field.

It is absolutely a nice campus.
Placements: Campus placements are not offered in my course. We have to search for a job on our own. But other courses have campus placements. 6 LPA was the highest package offered to MBA students. The lowest package was 3 Lacs per annum. Scholar Academy, Bangalore, is one of the companies that visited our campus recently. No internships are offered to us because B.Sc. Agriculture has been introduced this year.
Infrastructure: We get every facility like labs, library, medical, Wi-Fi etc. The classrooms have every facility. A huge playground is available on the main campus, where we can play any games and participate in games organised by other colleges. The hostel has the best facilities, but mess food quality is not good. They don't prepare food in hygienic conditions.
Faculty: The teachers are very familiar and helpful. They have a research degree in their subjects and have years of experience. They teach us well, but they don't complete the whole syllabus. This course makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are not tough, and we easily pass with continuous preparation. The pass percentage is up to 95%.
Other: I chose this course since it is very relevant to my dream to become an agricultural officer. This course has a wide range of opportunities. Books must be minimised. We get scholarships from the UP government under the program of Saksham.

Other: I'm from padrauna, DDU university is 84 km far away from my city. I came here to do my graduation in agriculture in 2015. It is my 2nd year in this university. And I think it is a good university. Although I do not go to main campus because agriculture line from this university is affiliated. its affiliated college is in Deoria named BRD university. heres study is so good. And also fees are much low that anyone can afford.

Gorakhpur University- A detailed review of B.Sc. (Mathematics).
Placements: I got 65% and received 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel was very nice. It provided food on time and had the best Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers were very nice and helpful during exam time. They supported and encouraged us to achieve the highest marks. Teachers were good and motivated us to do good things.
Other: It was a very nice campus with good-quality facilities, and its image in society was very good. Everything was good. It was a very nice university. My first-year review is that this was the best university where I learned and gained knowledge.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The highest package was Rs 8.6 LPA of my best friend Rahul, he was very happy about this. He is living a very happy life with his family. Rather, very few students were given placement. The top courses in our college were Commerce and BCA. .
Infrastructure: The facility given to the students was amazing. The classrooms were well-organized and ventilated. The library was very huge and contained all the books for every kind of reader. The quality of food was not very good in the mess, and everything was very good.
Faculty: Teachers were very dedicated to the meritorious students, and their teaching quality was very good. Semester exams are not very tough; most of the students were able to make it out. The course curriculum is very relevant; absolutely, this is making students industry-ready for placement.
Other: The best thing was that I have an interest in agriculture and all that kind of stuff, that's why I chose this course. Some students find it difficult to study in class. Extracurricular activities are very interesting and enjoyable.

The facilities of my college.
Placements: 60% of students were placed in my course. Minimum Rs 10,000 and maximum of Rs 20,000 package was offered in my course. We got internships in GD Goenka, Springer Public School, etc. .
Infrastructure: We have everything, such as Wi-Fi with good speed and classrooms are also good with white painting walls. We have a library with a collection of various books and yes, we also have labs but in the labs, a few chemicals aren't available. Our hostel facility is good and canteen is also good. The college also offers medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: Yes, all teachers are well qualified and also, they have so much knowledge that helps us to score better. Their teaching quality is quite good and yes, because of the teachers, the course curriculum was relevant and it helped students to find a job.
Other: Yes, from my college, the transport facility is so good.
