Affordable, disciplined campus with strong academics; limited placements, mostly local crowd.

Placements: This university is the best university according to studies, placement and job connections. I studied on this campus. In 2023, the average salary is 3.24 LPA for UG and 5.84 LPA for PG students. Around 796 UG and 987 PG students were placed. Overall, this is the best campus.

Infrastructure: DDUGU offers strong infrastructure support with multiple well-equipped labs, a robust IT setup and new spending in a practical learning space. This is especially beneficial for engineering, agriculture and science students. If your focus is hands-on learning, research skills and teach-enabled resources, the campus infrastructure is a solid match.

Faculty: The university's examination committee is composed of representatives from various faculty members (Arts, Science, Law, Commerce, Computer Science, etc.), headed by the Vice-Chancellor. They oversee exam-related policies, planning and implementation across departments. 80 percent of students passed.

Other: Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University (DDU) offers a traditional yet vibrant campus life. The student crowd is diverse, with a strong local presence from eastern Uttar Pradesh. Campus life includes cultural events, academic seminars and political engagement especially among youth wings. The green campus features historic buildings, basic hostels, a central library and a few food stalls. Students often gather around tea stalls or visit nearby areas like Golghar. While the environment is disciplined and strict, it fosters community and academic focus. Teach facilities are average and placements are fair.

Good facilities and knowledge here.

Placements: About 30% of students got placed in B.Sc. Maths. The highest package was Rs 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary was Rs 15,000 per month. About 60% of students got internships in banking, teaching, marketing, logistics, MNCs, and many other fields. Teacher, banking, sales and marketing, and lab technician roles were most preferred.

Infrastructure: Facilities were nice like labs were good. Classrooms had fans, water, cameras, and nice professors. Library had great books for any courses. Hostel had beds, fans, mess, and medical facilities were available 24 hours. Every Sunday game was played by students and their hostellers.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful in many ways like teaching life knowledge. Qualified professor from high university like Banaras University degree and excellent teaching knowledge. It was better. Semester exam was medium to high. Pass percentage was 85%.

Other: I chose this course to become a professor.

Placements: The placement cell in our university is satisfactory. The students are placed in courses such as B.Tech in Computer Science and BCA every year, hired by top companies such as Samsung, IFCO, Flipkart, and Amazon. The highest average package offered in B.Tech Computer Science is 6 LPA, and the lowest average package offered in B.Tech Computer Science is 4 LPA. The highest average package offered in BCA is 8 LPA, and the lowest average package offered is 4 LPA. Around 60% to 70% of students in the course get placed every year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University is very good. It has a common library room and labs, as well as classrooms for the students. Wi-Fi is always available for students who want to do preparation while staying in the college. The good qualities of the hostel for me were its hygienic environment, food, and facilities provided in a proper manner.

Faculty: The faculty members of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University are very good. All the faculty members are well-educated and Ph.D. holders, so students gain enough knowledge while studying there. The course curriculum is provided in a proper manner so that all students benefit from it. Semester exams are conducted every 6 months, and the pass percentage varies from 80% to 90% per year in this university.

Absolutely satisfied because of the staff and faculty members.

Placements: The placement in our college, Dindayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, is satisfactory. About 50% to 60% of students get placed every year. The highest average package offered in B.Sc. Mathematics at my university was 6 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package offered was 4 Lacs per annum. About 60-70% of students got internships in B.Sc. Mathematics.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure available in the mathematics department is very good. The classrooms are well-modified with Wi-Fi, and the labs are very neatly arranged. Our department also offers a library, which has a variety of books for studying and also provides a very broad space for students to sit and read books there without any inconvenience. The facilities provided by the university to the hostel are also very good. The students get very tasty food and snacks. The medical facilities, sports, games, matches, and canteen are also kept clean and maintained so that no student faces any issues.

Faculty: The teachers in our university are well-educated and highly qualified. All the teachers of my Department of Mathematics are PhD holders or M.Sc. qualified, so they are well-trained and know how to teach students so that they can gain better knowledge and experience at the university. The course curriculum is relevant to the students, making them industry-ready so that they do not face any issues in the future. The semester exams are conducted every 6 months, and they are moderate to high.

Good faculty members, great time in 2021, and enjoyed my studies.

Placements: DDU provides 70%-80% placements. Around 45%-50% of students were placed. The average salary package offered was around 2 LPA to 6 LPA. Companies like Swastik Infotech, IBM, etc., hired students. Not all courses offer good percentage of placement, only a few like B.Tech, MBA, and BBA.

Infrastructure: DDU classrooms are okay some classes are presentable but only few classes are smart class. No Wi-Fi facility is available for students. For UG students, labs are normal but for PG students labs are very good. DDU campus has a big library for all students and all departments have their library. Hostel foods are okay and canteen is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are very polite and helpful. All teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable, they solve every single question asked by students. Semester examination system and course curriculum of our college make students ready for the future.

Other: The only one thing I want to improve in my college is co-curriculum activities. Otherwise, all are good teachers and students all are very nice.
