Hello, Vallabhbhai Patel chest institute is a very specialised institution for post graduate studies in pulmonary and chest diseases. Over a period of time it has of course branched out into different branches in post graduate medicine. Also one must understand that the number of students in every batch in such institutes is quite minimal. As a result of all of this only specialised recruiters can come and recruit students for their institutions. This institute receives recruiters from big hospitals as well as some pharmaceutical companies and entities carrying out research into microbiology or pharmacology. But the top slot in terms of CTC is bagged by the students who are into MD in pulmonary and chest disease. Best wishes to you.
