Off course you will get admission, but may not be in the south campus. The chances also depends upon your category, such as general category student's cut off goes higher than the other categories.

MAMC MCh admission is based on a valid NEET SS score. As per the Round 1 cutoff 2025, the closing rank was 2725 for admission to M.Ch in Paediatric Surgery. So, for the first round, candidates must target a cutoff rank below 2725 to secure their chances of getting a seat at Maulana Azad Medical Coll
