Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, MAMC (Maulana Azad Medical College) has set eligibility criteria for admission to its Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program. The criteria include a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from an Indian university or institute, registration with the State Dental Council, and a one-year rotating internship in an approved dental college. The NEET MDS entrance exam is also required. Candidates appearing for their final BDS exam in the year of admission can apply, but their selection depends on passing the final exam and completing the internship by the deadline. There is no upper age limit for applying to the MDS programme at MAIDS, MAMC. The admission process is based on a merit list based on the NEET MDS score of the candidates.
