Established in 1972, Desh Bhagat University, Punjab is the only private university in state of Punjab to get the 12 (b) status and operates its campuses in Moga, Chandigarh, Shri Muktsar Sahib and Kenya. Desh Bhagat University has not yet published the placement statistics for the BPharm course. However, the NIRF report for the year 2024 is available. As per that, a total of 42 UG-four year students were placed during the 2023 placements. Moreover, the median package offered during this DBU placement drive stood at INR 3.2 LPA.

B.Tech admissions are done through an entrance exam held by the university itself.The university welcomes applications from international students as well. Students with high scores in JEE exams can get an exemption from the B.Tech entrance exam. The application fee for B.Tech is Rs 500 and admissions typically begin in the last week of May.
