Passed 10+2 Examination with 50% marks in aggregate, and should have obtained pass marks in Mathematics /Computer Science/Information Technology in 10+2. Note: Students who have not taken or passed in Mathematics /Computer Science/Information Technology at 10+2, will have to do a compulsory bridge course in the first year of study.

The DIT University Master of Computer Applications (MCA) fee is paid semester-wise. The total fee for each semester is divided into two installments.

The university shortlists candidates based on their merit or entrance exam scores. DIT University Dehradun also conducts DUET for shortlisting aspirants for MPharm, M.Tech and PhD courses. The university conducts other selection rounds like GDPI or PI rounds for some of the specific courses. However, for PhD who have a valid score GATE / SET / SLET will be selected based on PI. - Students having no Mathematics background will have to do a compulsory bridge course in the first year of study.
