Honest review of the BCA course at DIT University, Dehradun.

Faculty: Teachers in the BCA department are helpful, qualified, and supportive. They teach in a simple manner. They explain well and are approachable for doubts. The course curriculum is updated and includes programming, data structure, database, and web development, which makes students industry-ready. If we practice regularly, then semester exams are moderately difficult. Many students pass easily with consistent study, so the pass percentage remains high.

Great college according to the environment, exposure and fests.

Faculty: All the faculty members are supportive and well-qualified. They do explain every topic, and moreover, you can always approach them whenever needed in their free time, or they just keep extra classes if needed. The curriculum is relevant for B.Tech. Semester exams are not that difficult, but as a B.Tech student, you need to prepare accordingly, and deep study is required.

DIT University is one of the top universities in Uttarakhand for B.Tech CSE.

Faculty: The teachers of DIT are mostly PhD holders from esteemed IIT/NIT colleges, carrying vast experience. The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. DIT University offers industrial tours to provide hands-on working experience to the students. The examinations conducted by DIT are well structured and of good quality, but nothing that the faculty has not taught in the classrooms.

Disappointing if you're looking for an OG college regarding placement.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but there's always a side where the teachers aren't performing as expected. The curriculum is fine. Passing means you have to score 30/100, and you must have at least 30/100 in your end-of-term exam.

DIT Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand, is one of the best engineering colleges.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Their teaching skills are top-notch. BTCSE is considered a tough course but also gives good ROI. There are 2 exams per year. And it is a bit tough with a passing percentage of 97%. This course is very effective and also makes the students industry-ready.

Faculty: Faculty members are good if we study well. Faculty members are really helpful. The course curriculum is nice. It covers all topics vital for placements. Exams are a little tough, and we need to work really hard to score well. Faculty members teach well, and if we study well, we will understand and score well.

It is great for learning, average for fun, etc. It lacks fests, activities, and a lovely campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are pretty helpful and qualified for the subjects they teach. If the students focus in the classroom they can also score pretty well in the semester exams. Semester exams are not that tough but we can score pretty decent if we focus on the class.

It is a great university situated in the foothills of Mussoorie.

Faculty: Sometimes professors can be a little rude and disrespectful. The curriculum is great, though the faculty is not that experienced in how students should be taught. The level of difficulty of exams is rising day by day. The pass percentage is 30/100.

It has good facilities and infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and they are almost PhD holders. They are helpful too in determining our studies, our future goals, and in telling us the right path. The teaching is done either through projectors or the chalkboard method, depending on teachers. Several conferences and guest lectures are held from time to time. The course curriculum is very relevant and works according to PCI for pharmacy. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%.

Solid infrastructure and decent academics.

Faculty: Teachers are not bad. Teachers are knowledgeable. There is an industry visit in the 3rd year. The paper pattern changed in 2024, and the semester exam is difficult. The pass percentage is 30 marks in exams, and internal marks are also 30 marks. Overall, we need 30 marks in both the exam and internal marks.

Absolutely satisfied with the college.

Faculty: The semester exams are totally based on notes. The curriculum is totally relevant and makes students industry-ready. Subjects and topics covered are really interesting. Talking about the passing percentage, students face difficulty in M1 and Engineering Graphics. Faculty members are highly qualified, with many members having graduated from IITs and NITs.
