No you don't need domicile for Delhi quota, your 12th Certificate which shows where you did schooling from is enough. Delhi quota is given on basis of schooling and not on basis of residence. All the best.

You first have to clear JEE Mains, with a good percentile. If you're from outside Delhi quota and aiming for computer engineering then as good as 99.5 percentile. You can have advantage if you have Delhi quota. All the best.

It's not possible to determine which is better between DTU (Delhi Technological University) for Civil Engineering or MSIT (Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology) for CSE (Computer Science Engineering) as both institutions are well-regarded in their respective fields. It ultimately depends on your personal interests, career goals, and the specific curriculum and opportunities offered by each institution. DTU is known for its strong Civil Engineering program with a focus on research and innovation, while MSIT is known for its strong CSE program with a focus on industry-relevant skills and practical experience. It's recommended to research both programs thoroughly, compare their curriculum, faculty, research opportunities, and career prospects before making a decision. You may also want to consider factors such as location, cost, and overall reputation of the institution.

Based on my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, Delhi Technological University (DTU) does not currently offer a Bachelor of Design (B. Des) programme. DTU is primarily known for its engineering programs such as B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA. However, if DTU decides to introduce a B. Des programme in the future, the application process and registration dates will be announced on the official website of the institution. I recommend regularly checking the DTU website or contacting the admissions office for the most up-to-date information on any future academic programs or application processes.
