The placement opportunities are very good at galgotias.

Placements: The placement opportunities are very good at galgotias. Almost 95 percent of students get placed. The internship opportunities start in the 5th semester and the teachers are very helpful in bringing us the perfect opportunity. There is an internship co coordinator that looks after all the needs for internship. Top roles such as journalist, HR and teachers are offered after the Bachelors of psychology.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are quite good. There are three different block for different streams. All the classes are airconditioned and very spacious. The quality of good in hostel and facilities are also up to date. There are many leisure activities available like badminton etc.

Faculty: The exam schedule is very strict and it helps in preparing for the best. Exams are held every 15 days so that we can be prepared for more competitive exams and learn the competition. The teachers are very helpful in providing notes and helping with each and every doubt. The semester exams are structured in a way that it makes us learn everything and makes us understand the curriculum better.

Other: I chose this course because I have major interest in psychology and I aim at becoming a forensic psychologist. Psychology is a fast growing endless field that offers many interesting opportunities. The course is very nice at the university. All the teachers are highly intelligent and know what they are doing. They take out their precious time and make us understand every single thing. Live experiments are held in the class to make us understand the concepts. Many events are held in the campus. There are various clubs in the university that manage the events and make it the best. University offers many other opportunities like scholarship and extracurricular activities.

I am satisfied due to the reasonable fee structure and placement opportunities.

Placements: In applied psychology, there are very few placements because you have to study further to get a good job in psychology. At this college, you don't get placements in psychology. Only a few offers are there, and they also have quite low salaries. Most students go for higher studies in our course. The top recruiting company is Wipro. You only get a salary package of 1 to 2 LPA and there is no scope for growth. That's why students do not go for on-campus placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. They are also working on air conditioning at the college. All labs are available at the college and are in good condition. The hostel infrastructure is also good, but the food provided is not good enough to eat. Although there is a variety of foods, they are not satisfied with the quality. On campus, there is a huge cafeteria, but most of the things are expensive. There is a medical room on campus, but it's only for small injuries.

Faculty: Exams are conducted regularly at Galgotias University. Some teachers are highly qualified, but some teachers are not helpful. You can't get all good teachers at the same time. You have to deal with some unhelpful teachers also. The behaviour of some teachers isn't very gentle towards students, especially in the B.A. course. The course curriculum is relevant and follows the government's curriculum. Semester exams are not very difficult. It is quite easy to pass semester exams. The pass percentage is 35.

Other: I chose this course because I wish to become a psychologist. Events are held on a regular basis at the college, and you are welcome to attend if you are interested.
