The candidates are given with a step-wise process, that needs to be followed by them in order to take admission in the given programme. The admission is regulated by the Students Academic Management System (SAMS):

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of SAMS i.e.samsodisha.gov.in, and then click on the ‘Degree(+3)’ under 'Higher Education' option on the home page. Admissions are made mandatory through the online mode under Students Academic Management System.

Step 1.2: The next page open with multiple options. Click on the ‘New Student Registration’.

Step 1.3: Fill up all the important details in the application form as asked then generate the password.

Step 1.4: Then fill up the CAF (Common Admission Form) as per the subject and university.

Step 1.5: Submit the form along with a payment of the application fee of INR 300.

Step 2: Selection

The selected students have to show the Intimation Letter to the admission committee. And bring all the original documents for verification. students can choose from the below three choices during counselling as per prefernce of Major Subject:

Float: If any applicants have accepted the allotted seat and also wishes a better Major
Subject in their higher preferences.

Slide: If applicants have accepted the allotted seat but also wants a better Major
Subject as well as HEI in their higher preferences,

Freeze: If an applicant is satisfied with the allotted seat

Step 3: Admission Confirmation

Following the final selection and confirmation, admission letter will be offered to the students. Candidates can then proceed with document verification.
