Review of Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalya.
Placements: Placement rate of our batch was 100%. When I was in M.Sc, the placement rate of our senior batch was 100%. Almost every student got placed from the chemistry and computer science departments. I also got placed when I was doing M.Sc. chemistry. Gurukula is the best for placements.
Infrastructure: The college provides very good Wi-Fi facilities for faculty members as well as students. Gurukula organises hockey as well as cricket tournaments every year. Hockey tournament is named after Swami Shraddhanand who is the founder of Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalya.
Faculty: Teachers of Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalya are supportive and helpful. They are well qualified. Most of the teachers are PhD holders. Some of them have also qualified NET JRF, GATE and PDF degrees. The teacher to student ratio is 1:50. Students are also provided with industry exposure.

Well maintained infrastructure.
Placements: The placements were good. The highest package of 6 LPA was offered. Almost all the students get placements, and in the case of internship also, the college provides leads to the students. Students are in good posts now and are leading many organisations. The college also provides training to the students for the establishment of their business.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge with full of greenery. Labs are well-equipped with systems. Sports facilities always encourage students to participate in the events. The classes are also well-equipped with technological advancement. All the classes are equipped with projectors.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and experts in their area. They are knowledgeable, intelligent and well-qualified. They have visited many places abroad for lectures and classes. They deliver lectures on various issues related to their areas. Latest teaching pedagogy is adopted by the teachers which enables the students to perform according to the current scenario.

    I don't think, Ph.D can be done through correspondence. It is very important and critical to be done through distance. You can do what most students do though i.e., take admission and go once a month to college.
