Candidates are required to pay an application fee to register for a course. Aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,200 (INR 600 for SC/ ST/ PH) for admission. The applicants can deposit fee online by means of Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking. Applicants are advised to keep with them the copy of the “Online Fee Receipt” as a token of remittance of fee for future reference.
On successful registration of on-line application, candidates are advised not to attempt for registration for the same course again since multiple registration numbers and passwords may create problem for candidates in future.
The total tuition fee for GBPUAT BSc (Hons) ranges between INR 76,000 and INR 2 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Aspirants need to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the university. Besides, candidates also have to pay a one-time fee of INR 2,500 and hostel fee of INR 8,800.
PhD students at GBPUAT are open to fellowship. Two fellowships in each discipline are to be awarded at INR 6,000 per month based on merit to the eligible students admitted in the discipline for 36 months. If the total number of fellowships thus provided are not utilised due to any valid reasons whatsoever, the university shall be free to redistribute the allocation of the vacant fellowship position and award the same to other students who could not be granted fellowship in the first instance due to the
aforesaid restriction of two fellowships in each discipline.

Students must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for GBPUAT. Normally, students must pass Class 12 or equivalent. Required subjects include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Agriculture. This depends on the course. Minimum marks may change for different categories.
