A complete summary of USICT GGSIPU.
Placements: The college records 250+ placement offers across various courses. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA. Companies include Accenture, Wipro, and TCS. JP Morgan comes for internships. Roles offered include Software Development (SDE) and other technology-oriented roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent enough. The library is kind of good and big, with plenty of books available. There are just some Wi-Fi issues. Classes are fully air-conditioned and have projectors. Hostel facilities are the best. The food in the mess is really good, and the rooms are single-sharing. Sports facilities are also on the good side.
Faculty: Most teachers are average, but there are a few extraordinary professors who are very helpful as well. The curriculum is average. For the industry, you have to do DSA. The exams are on the average side, but if the paper is set by those extraordinary professors, then the exam is kind of very hard too.
Other: A cultural fest occurs here called ANUGOONJ. It is one of Delhi's biggest fests, and that is the best thing about this college.

Helpful faculty and a friendly campus.
Placements: Placements in our college are very average. The college conducts seminars to help students build their resumes and understand their career goals. In the 3rd semester, they provide different schools for internship purposes. Although the internships are unpaid, students get genuine exposure.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi available for students. The canteen food is good. Labs are clean and up to date. There are medical facilities available. However, the attendance criteria are strict, and they provide medical leave for only about 5% of the attendance. Sports events are also often conducted in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are really very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach students in a very natural and engaging way. Semester exams are not difficult. Teachers already prepare us for the exams. The passing percentage is 60% in the college, although it varies.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in building a career in this field. I think the course can be improved by providing more job placements and internship opportunities. Many extracurricular activities are conducted to give students the best exposure.

Overall, I would say that this college only has the benefit that it is in Delhi.
Placements: There are literally zero on-campus placements, though you can secure a good placement on your own capability. There is a proper internship and placement assistance cell, but it doesn't help. In this college, most students are from the litigation or judiciary perspective, so do not expect much.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is nice and centrally located. We have a 60-acre lush green campus. Hostels are good with single occupancy, but there are no ACs or attached washrooms. The mess food is also fine. Though there are some problems with the campus as well for example, the lifts don't work at all.
Faculty: Faculty is nice but not excellent. We are mostly taught by Ph.D. scholars, so the overall teaching environment is poor. The faculty is no doubt helpful if you reach out to them on your own. Curriculum is great. We don't have much academic pressure or pressure for exams.

Poor infrastructure, poor facilities, no ground, and below-average placement.
Placements: Only 30-40 percent of students are placed from the 2026 batch. The highest package offered is 51 LPA as mentioned on their website. The lowest package offered is 50 LPA. Average package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. Students mainly get internships through their own connections, mainly in new startups. There is no support offered by the college. Top roles offered are software engineer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided is not much. There is a limited number of classrooms, and the whole college has just 3 buildings. PCs in labs operate on very old chipsets (some are on i3 with HDD). None of the PCs have the latest Windows 11, all are provided in labs and the library. Wi-Fi only works in certain classrooms otherwise it is not provided upfront, and you will have to ask others for the password (speed is very slow). The library is decent and bare minimum which should be provided for a fee of 1.4 Lacs per year (2024-2028 batch). Fees have been increased for new batches. No hostel facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not that knowledgeable. The curriculum of this course is still not up to date. They included AI courses but are not equipped with qualified teachers and facilities. Semester exams are neither easy nor tough. The pass percentage is quite high like 95 percent.
Other: I had to choose this course in this college because I had nowhere to go. I took admission through JEE Main, my percentile was quite low. I think upgrading the infrastructure, along with replacing all old PCs, should do. The campus size is 3-4 acres, so there is not much to wander around. Sports activities are limited because of a lack of ground and infrastructure. There are 1-2 fests conducted by college officials every year otherwise societies arrange fests quite often. One thing to note, there are strict rules for ragging. Most of the peers are cheerful and helpful.

The college needs improvements.
Placements: Placements have not been up to the mark in recent years and require much improvement. In the earlier days, recruiters used to come on campus quite often, but now their numbers have fallen a little bit. Students from previous batches have been offered salaries between Rs. 40,000- Rs. 90,000. These are not up-to-date statistics. More reputable recruiters should be invited.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure differs in different blocks. Classrooms and the library are fairly good. There is a need for updating and having more books related to law. We have a Wi-Fi facility in the college, but it does not work all the time. Classrooms require more air conditioning, water coolers, and proper maintenance. The canteen requires much improvement in its cleanliness.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly competent and experienced. Teachers are available for academic support. The curriculum offers a good grounding in law as well as several interdisciplinary fields. Students get practical exposure through moot courts, internships, research, presentations, and other competition activities. Examinations are held at the end of every semester. Students should do regular study and conceptual knowledge. The level of difficulty is different for every subject. There is a need for some more practical experience.
Other: My choice is B.A. LL.B. Since I wished to pursue law as my profession while simultaneously acquiring knowledge about other disciplines as well. Positive points include the chance to participate in internships, moot court, legal research, competitions, societies, and legal aid work. An advantage of this course is that it is located in Delhi, since it will provide legal exposure. The areas that need improvement include placements, basic infrastructure, library resources, and student facilities related to the law.

The biggest mistake of my life.
Placements: Guru Tegh Bahadur Fourth Centenary Engineering College is formerly known as Guru Tegh Bahadur Polytechnic Institute. It was a Diploma college and later it was upgraded to a degree-level college in 2022. In 2026, the first batch of the college was placed and got an average salary package of 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: It has a total of 10 classrooms, out of which 6 classes are on the 4th floor, 1 on the 3rd floor, and 3 on the 2nd floor. The worst part is that the lift is never working. Classrooms are very poor. ACs are not working in the classrooms, but the labs are very good. Wi-Fi connection is present but has a very low speed. The library is also very good and the reading hall is very large.
Faculty: GTB4CEC is an AICTE-approved, GGSIPU-affiliated college, so it follows the curriculum given to IPU-affiliated colleges. Exams are conducted by GGSIPU. The Faculty at GTB4CEC is very bad. Only a few teachers are experienced, other than them, all the teachers are newly recruited and are teaching 5th sem/7th sem subjects, which are crucial semesters of the Bachelor of Technology.
Other: GTB4CEC is located inside the common campus with GTBIT. It has a very small campus. Very few events are organised here, and the campus crowd is poor.

While choosing a GGSIPU affiliated college in Delhi NCR for 2026 admission, students must consider few things like  their entrance scores, the priority of branch over brand, campus location and the placement records.

An IT branch allotment at BVCOE Delhi means you have cleared the eligibility, but GGSIPU requires a 55% aggregate in PCM for B.Tech, presenting a conflict with your 51% PCM mark.
