Lack of student and not a good environment.
Placements: Campus selection is not so good in now a days. But you have quality the wipro, India Navy, Vodafone and so many companies comes for campus selection. The average package on 2017 is around 3.5 lac only. Yes there is a placement cell but they need to improve it.
Infrastructure: Facilities are okay type only, basically you always depend on your self study. Campus is not Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are awesome except food, food is just okay. Infrastructure is good. Sports facility is quite good. Labs are to old like too many old equipments.
Faculty: Faculty is so-so. Some faculty knowledgeable but so many just have the degree. College doesn't take for industry exposure. Some teacher used the projector and some used the old green board method. College decided 1 faculty for 60 students but in some branch's too many seats are vacant.

No good faculty, and highly disappointing management. Don't opt for B.Tech.
Placements: The placements were horrible in my batch. We were made to take part in placement process of computer science/IT core companies. No core company for ECE had visited our college. The maximum package was hardly 3.6 LPA which is the exact opposite to the huge list shown at the campus. Among all those who got placements, 90% were in BPOs or KPOs. If anyone got placed in a good company that was only through off-campus placement. For example, I got placed in IBM through off-campus recruitment. They show companies which come to MBA in the prospectus as if they are meant for B.Tech students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. There were just 2 smart classrooms which were built when we were in the final year. Moreover, there were hardly any sessions in those smart classes because either the management avoided their use or sometimes the faculty members were hesitant to use the technology. Wi-Fi was available only in the staff room and not for the students at the campus. Sports and games were a high let down for us. The management in this college is least interested in the extracurricular activities or sports, especially for B.Tech students. They showed football grounds hockey ground in the prospectus, but actually, there was no such facility provided. The day scholars were not even allowed to visit the campus at evening. They only show pictures of the CCS university courses students in the field. There is no league or sports competition held for the B.Tech students. Quality of food in the canteen was fine enough. The hostel rooms were filled on first come first serve basis. Those who were left out were given wooden plank partition rooms, i.e., one room was divided into 2 using a Wooden ply Partition.
Faculty: Except for a very few, most of the faculty members were just B.Tech graduates. They had got themselves enrolled in some private colleges for M.Tech. Most of them didn't even know what the course was, let alone using standard books for teaching. They just recommend some local book authors to the students from whom they get commission per book. Teaching methods are as per norms. They just dictate the lessons from the books. It was not like you are in a college, but like you are in a nursery dictation class. Zero industry exposure. They never let us touch the CRO in the complete tenure. The course curriculum was decided by the university, so it was good.
Other: Please do not join this institute for B.Tech course. They treat you as prisoners. We were not allowed to go for drinking water or washroom even after the lecture was over. Our schools were much better than this college. The management is the worst part. They even charged Rs. 1000 per sessional paper if the student could not give both the sessional exams. Late fee deposit fine, scams in scholarship provided by Samaj Kalyan Sansthan is one of the huge scams. I haven't still gotten my scholarship from 2009. When we asked about it, they said that no one has got till now, but the truth was they used to take half of the money of those students who wanted to get a scholarship. They only gave the scholarship to those and kept 50% as their commision. The management quotas will be filled the seats on the commision basis. For example, if you get two students admitted to the college, you will get 20000 per student. The rates differed by your links. They have exaggerated everything about the college. At the ground level, things are very contrasting to what is shown to you. They will harass you in every possible way. This is just another Profit making Shop and not an education providing college.

Faculty is not up to mark, infrastructure is good with good facilities, very costly
Placements: Placement in IIMT is very bad. When I passed out in 2013, I was also unplaced. Mainly the students of computer science and information technology got placements and in other branches, it was negligible. The number of companies visiting our campus is very low and they come only for the recruitment of business analytic and call support officer role and also the average salary offered is very low around 2 lakh per annum. Major recruiters are BPOs and Aurigo.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good with modern building and facilities with a green, broad campus. Most of the buildings are new, hence in a better condition. Classroom are also in good condition with well-equipped labs. Some labs are not present there mainly in mechanical and civil departments. The hostel infrastructure is good with a proper mess but the cost is too high for middle-class students. A big canteen is present on the campus with huge space and most of the time, movement is seen there. When I was there, many buildings and other infrastructures were under construction but now, they have been completed and finally, we can say that IIMT has a very good infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty team is a major concern because most of them are new and lack experience and knowledge due to which, self-study became the key function here to the student. However, there were some very good teachers with a huge knowledge and they are very helpful. Classes are simple and a few have projectors. Mainly, teachers use the board and the book to teach in the class. The faculty strength is good and the teacher-student ratio is also good. During the course, we did not get any industry exposure. If you want training, you have to go for it yourself.
Other: The institute holds a good infrastructure but standard of study is not up to mark. The location of the institute is outside of Meerut but well-connected. Markets are very close to institute that is good and all valuable things like books or other things can be obtained easily nearby. Most of the students live outside the campus due to a lot of restrictions in the hostel and the high cost.

Average campus with good hostel life.
Placements: The placement of our batch was average. Around fifty percent of the students got placed. The highest package was around Rs. 8 lacs PA and the lowest was Rs. 1.5 lacs PA. TCS and Wipro recruited most of the students. Besides that, Mahindra, Infosys, Dell were the main recruiters. Most of the roles were of software engineer. I felt that core companies visited less. Some of the offers came from BPOs and general management fields.
Infrastructure: The facilities at our college were better than average. The campus had Wi-Fi facility. The labs were equipped with the required equipment. The library facility was average. When it comes to medical and sports facility, the college provided proper facilities. The college also provided accommodation for the students. The mess was proper scheduled and a variety of food was available. Besides some small issues, I found the campus worth living in.
Faculty: In my college, there were a lot of permanent faculty members as well as visiting faculty, as per the requirement. Some of them were quite experienced in their fields but some were not as per the requirement. The teaching methods were good. The teachers were helpful and quite engaging. The college comes in NCR region so we had proper exposure to the industry. The curriculum was average.

Satisfied with the infrastructure but placement is not satisfactory.
Placements: The placement percentage is very low. In computer science branch, there is around 50% placement but this is not the same in other branches. The highest salary was about Rs. 4.5 lakhs pa and the lowest is about Rs. 3 lakhs pa. The major visitors are TCS, Wipro (BPO), Finnoit, Fiserv, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good and has good facilities. The labs, classrooms, library, sports facility are in a good condition. The canteen which is situated at the corner of our campus is awesome with a great space and lots of variety of food. However, the cost of the items is quite high as compared to the market value. The hostel is quite costly but in a good condition. Mostly, the rooms are three or four seater.
Faculty: The faculty is not up to the mark, however, the faculty members are very helpful. Some teachers who have directly come after M.Tech are not as knowledgeable due to a lack of experience. There is a huge shortage of permanent faculty members, especially in electronics and communication department.
Other: The campus is ragging free and everywhere, there is a notice board of strict action against ragging. The college is quite close to the railway station and the main road due to which it has a good connectivity with rest of India. The atmosphere in the campus is very good.
