- The JEE Main 2026 session 2 registration window is now live for the B.E. / B.Tech course. The last date to register for the same is set as Feb 25, 2026. Further, the exam for the same is going to be held from Apr 2 to Apr 9, 2026.

Eligible students are required to go through JEE Main or MHTCET exam for admission to Institute of Chemical Technology for BTech followed by CAP counselling conducted by DTE Maharashtra. The eligibility and selection criteria for BTech is as follows:
- Eligibility: A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra) or Diploma in Engineering or BSc exam from a recognised institute of Maharashtra with 45% aggregate (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra). There is no age limit for admission.

JEE Main 2025 exam date for Session 1 was January 22 to January 31, 2025, and Session was conducted from April 2 to April 9, 2025. NTA (National Testing Agency) announced the JEE Main 2025 exam date. The seat allotment results for Round 4 to Round 6 begain in July 2025.
The first session exam was conducted on January 22, 23, 24, 28 and 29, 2025 (Paper 1), and January 30, 2025 (Paper 2). The second session of JEE Mains was held from April 1 to 8, 2025. The JEE Main 2025 exam date for sessions 1 and 2 can be checked on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For General category under All India, opening rank was 26027 and closing rank was 31570. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 0 and 0. No, it is not possible to get into IndianOil Odisha Campus without entrance exams as students do not have any means of direct admission or management quota. All admissions are based on competitive exam scores and their respective counselling process such as JEE Mains or GATE for PG courses.
