No, it's not possible because it is very exceptional to get IIIT Bhubaneswar with 83 percentile in JEE Mains because the IIIT Bhubaneswar cut-off are very high for admission. No, you cannot get admission IIIT Bhubaneswar because admission in IIIT Bhubaneswar is done through the JOSSA counselling and to be eligible for that you must have 75%+ marks in your class 12th ( PCM).
