Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology offers UG, PG and doctoral courses including BTech, MTech, BSc, MSc, and PhD. The university accepts national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, GATE, etc. for admission to specific courses. The basic eligibility for UG courses is Class 12 whereas, graduation is required to apply for any of the PG programmes.

The university offers BTech in Computer Science Engineering,  Civil Engineering,  Chemical Engineering, etc. Additionally, the university also offers lateral entry to BTech courses. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for BTech programme.
