Dissatisfied because of no placement.
Placements: There were no placements as the college was about to close in 2018 after their last batch. The college placement officer had left the college before the last batch of engineering was about to complete. The college suffered through many up's and down's.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good and well built but, due to lack of students it was hard to maintain the property. Labs had proper equipments. No Wi-Fi available for students it was only accessible at college computers. Library was good having the necessary books.
Faculty: Faculty was the one plus point this college had. Teacher were highly educated and experienced. They taught the students both in local and English language and their teaching method was also better. The teachers were helpful to students, and guided us nicely.
Other: There were no such event and fest at the college. They only had some game activities inside college.

I am very disappointed with Jodhpur National University.
Placements: There were no placements for my batch and also our senior batch because our college was blacklisted. It happened because our chairman has given wrong admissions and had done wrong work on the campus. The management of our college was also not supportive of placements and other things.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge spreading over 1000 acres. Classrooms were not well-designed, and the facilities were not good as the green boards and seats were broken. No Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. Labs are good, but the lab operators are not available properly. The library has a less number of books. There is no sports room nor games. Overall, I am not happy with the college.
Faculty: The course curriculum was well-designed and proper. The faculty members were not that good nor experienced. In fact, some of the faculty members taught 3-4 subjects in our final year, and not even a single subject was taught in a proper way. Faculty members lack knowledge. The student-faculty ratio was 30:1. The course curriculum was not that useful because of the bad faculty.
Other: There were no fest or cultural activities conducted in the college in my 4 years of tenure.

You can join the college, but it's not worth it..
Placements: The college didn't provide any placements. None of the companies visited our campus for placements. Though we had TPO, they didn't put any effort. We can get placements through job fair conducted by students only, not by college. Almost 40 students were placed from our batch.
Infrastructure: As far as the infrastructure is concerned, we have all the facilities. The Wi-Fi facility was available but was paid. We had all the sports facilities like badminton, cricket, table tennis etc. Rooms provided to us were good in terms of quality, and they were spacious. Food served in the canteen was good.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college were well qualified. They were always ready to help students in academics. The student to faculty ratio was good. We did get industry exposure by visiting construction sites frequently. It helped us in getting jobs outside the college.

Q:   Can I become a lawyer without a Law degree?
A:

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate. Then, they must enrol themselves in local Bar Council of the concerned state and enrolled as an advocate. Within two years of the enrolment, they must appear and clear AIBE in order to be eligible to practise anywhere in India.

Q:   Does the M.Tech Civil Engineering syllabus focus more on theory or practical application?
A:

The M.Tech Civil Engineering syllabus follows a more practical and industry-oriented approach, where students are given advanced-level understanding of Civil Engg. concepts with a focus on a particular area like Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, etc.

There are rigorous theory classes, case studies, field visits, and project work, all of which combined are expected to make the students job-ready for the future.

Q:   Is B.Tech syllabus similar for all colleges?
    A:

The BTech syllabus is not similar in all the Indian colleges. Talking about the first year of BTech, the general subjects taught are almost similar that include Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and other engineering fundamentals to provide a basic foundation for the BTech course ahead. Further, the BTech syllabus will differ on the basis of the specialisation you have chosen and the college, different colleges follow their own set of guidelines regarding the course curriculum that includes both core and elective subjects along with practical lab work.

Q:   What is the difference between the syllabus of Andhra Pradesh LAWCET and the syllabus of CLAT?
    A:

Both the AP LAWCET and CLAT entrance exam are conducted for admission to the Law schools in India, however, the syllabus for these exams are different on many parameters and candidates should strategise differently for both the exams. AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject.
