Good campus life with lots of learning and memories.

Placements: M.Sc. Clinical and Counselling Psychology is an excellent course, and most of my batchmates were placed after completing their postgraduate studies. NIMHANS MHAT and similar institutions are among the top recruiters. As freshers, the salary package is usually low, but after gaining around two years of experience, they receive a much better package. This course offers various career opportunities; we can join as assistant professors if we have a NET qualification, work in clinics as practitioners, or join schools and colleges as counsellors.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided in every department, and there are very efficient lab facilities with assessment tools and test materials. All classrooms are equipped with projectors. The library is excellent with numerous books and a silent, calm atmosphere. Hostel facilities are very good with proper water facilities. The food provided by the Kudumbasree Mission and the cleaning staff and warden services are also available.

Faculty: All the teachers are PhD holders. They approach every student in a friendly manner and are very helpful. The syllabus is one of the best in India, with a double specialisation. The exams are a bit difficult because the syllabus is very vast, but this is very beneficial during the preparation for NET and other competitive exams, because it covers a wide range of psychology topics.

Other: I chose this course because it has high value in the education field due to the two specialisations, and admission is granted through an entrance exam. Shortening the vacation and using that time to cover the syllabus would reduce exam stress and the rush to complete assignments. The campus is not crowded, and all major functions and important events are celebrated. The college also provides E-Grants to support students with their tuition fees.

The best college for M.Sc. in statistics course.

Placements: Govinda Pai Memorial Government College has had a 95% admission rate. The median wage is 10 LPA, the maximum is 25 LPA, and the average is 15 LPA. ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Accenture, and others are top recruiters. Business analysts and statisticians are among the top positions available. Roughly 80% of students are offered internships.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are impressive with good Wi-Fi. A library is a place where everyone goes every day to get their education. It is a 24/7 library available, so it is very student-friendly overall. You have to be passionate about achieving something good in your work and work according. The entire community helps you make your dreams a reality.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and did a lot of research work in their fields so they have very good knowledge of the subjects and always motivate us to do practical work rather than this theory. The curriculum is perfectly tailored to our requirements and future working conditions. Semester exams are easy and pass rate is 90%.

Placements: The packages are not catch and not acceptable by the students, even though we are forced to attend the drive to grab any of the opportunities, at least with the lower and average salaries. Only 2 to 3 top companies are involved in drives, others are core companies, usually with lower pay, which was below Rs. 25,000 per month.

Infrastructure: There is no process like counselling for gaining seats in our college, it was truly based on the direct admission process. It's an average-ranked college and not known by everyone, and it was a famous college in the local area of the college located. The average needs of the students are satisfied.

Faculty: The course satisfaction by means of curriculum was very poor, there is no legacy and dedication in the teaching patterns of the teachers. But they are proper in distributing the books, notes properly within the right time, usually at the start of college.

The course curriculum is refined and straightforward.

Placements: From starting of the fifth semester students are eligible for campus placement. The highest salary of the college for this course is Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month. 100% of students get placement from this college. My plans after getting the degree are I get placement from this college and I want to do a job.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good according to the feasibility of the college. The labs, and lecture theatre are digitally equipped and modernized too. The washrooms are clean & hygienic, the management is great here in case you need assistance. Life at the campus is fun & wild, as there are so many extracurricular activities to indulge in. The college has the best societies, I was part of the economics society & I gained a lot after being connected to it.

Faculty: My relationships with both faculty and students in college are very positive. They are always willing to help with both academic and personal matters. I particularly appreciate Sohini Mam, my faculty member and program coordinator. She is always available to assist me with any questions I have and consistently motivates me, especially when I start to feel bored with my studies. In our college, we have four internal exams and one external semester exam.

I like the teaching methods and techniques.

Placements: From the final semester, the placements usually require students. Infosys, Omega, Vdart, etc., are recruiting companies. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. Most of the students did not get placed because most of them opted for research in my department.

Infrastructure: The facilities of room are good. It provides one bed, one study table, and one chair. Fan and balcony are good. But in summer, it feels like we are snacks and someone is frying us. The location of my room is on 2nd floor, and it very hard for me to go down for water.

Faculty: I chose this course as well as this university because this university is composed of all professional Ph.D. scholars who provide the best guidance as well. Students are divided into several groups as the class is composed of only limited seats. The ratio of faculty to students is 1:40. The university is also composed of several scholars who provide guidance as well as help in practical. Faculty members are all Ph.D. holders. They are all NET qualified and also doing their well-known research.

The fee is a little high, but everything else is fine.

Placements: About 70% students get placement from this course. Placement percentage is very good. Many students are working as Physics lecturers in colleges, while some are working as Physics teachers in schools. Many are also doing Ph.D. The highest package is 6 Lacs per year and the lowest package is 3 Lacs per year .

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is very good. The campus is quite big. Our classrooms are beautiful. There is free internet on the entire campus. The physics laboratory is very nice. There are all kinds of chemicals. The laboratory is big enough. There are hostels near the college where accommodation and food are available.

Faculty: This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Faculty members including teachers are very good. They are a bit hard but they are very kind. All are knowledgeable. Semester exams are a bit tough. Students can pass if they read a little. The pass percentage is 40% in each subject.

The best government college in this area.

Placements: I'm from the 2020-22 batch of this college. Of almost 50 students, i.e., around 90% of students secure placements to various companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HDFC, ICICI Bank, etc. Some top roles offered are software developer, marketing executive, and research assistant. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA - 8 LPA. Almost 50% of students from our class got internships at various companies.

Infrastructure: This college provides a hostel facility for the backward class students. There is a computer lab consisting of 20 computers. The premises also offered Wi-Fi for students. There is a huge playground. A separate NRC facility is available where photocopies can be taken. There is also a separate room for sports. They give importance to sports. University-level co-curricular activities are promoted.

Faculty: All faculty members are well-educated and experienced in their respective fields. Most of them are NET-qualified. Their teaching methods are good. They are very helpful to students. They solve every study-related problem of students very carefully. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. This makes students ready for future jobs. Semester exams are moderately easy for me. Almost everyone in our cleared semester examinations.

Other: I chose M.Sc. in statistics because of my interest in this subject. The syllabus consists of almost every area. Though more practical lessons can be included. One of the biggest disadvantages of this college is there is no college fest.
