The total fee of BSc ranges between INR 3.02 Lacs and INR 3.95 lakh. The fee, excludes exam fee, professional development and placement training fees. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

The university offers over 50 diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses under its four constituent schools in Engineering & Technology, School of Agriculture, School of Science, Arts, Media & Management. The courses, include BTech, BA, BSc at UG, M.Tech and MCA at PG level. The university also offers PhD at the doctoral level. Candidates who have completed Class 12 can apply for UG courses. Whereas, graduation is required for PG courses. Admission to Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences courses is based on entrance exam or merit in the last qualifying exam.
