Journey of my college Karunya. It is my home away from home.
Placements: Nearly 70 percent of students were placed in biotechnology companies like Biogen, Biocon, Cipla, Bharath Biotech, Serum India Limited, clinical database companies like One Health, Omega Healthcare, Zoho, Cicri and CSIR as project assistants. Many were placed in food tech companies like ITC and Lotte.
Infrastructure: We had a world-class facility with classrooms that were digitalised and 24/7 CCTV surveillance, individual department library, seminar hall, and cafeteria. Laboratory for stemcell technology, bioprocessing, issue culture engineering, animal husbandry, immunology, and pathology were available. There were separate classes for all year students and an individual mentor. The batch in charge and the project guide for students helped our college life and strict academics.
Faculty: All the staff here had a minimum of 15 to 10 years of experience. Each had in-depth knowledge in their fields and had patent rights for their projects and were tied up with a global-level college and government for funding. Our department had NBA accreditation which was mandatory for joining the department.
Other: I had MET many friends from different states and learnt about their culture and language. Karunya was heaven because of the environment surrounded by mountains. Pleasant weather every day which gave a blissful feeling.

No idea, I honestly don't know what to say.
Placements: I think 70-80 percent of them are placed, but not according to their branch of engineering. I hear the highest package is 31 LPA for B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons), very impressive, I must say. Hope it increases the same for other departments as well as gives training for competitive exams.
Infrastructure: Very good hostel facility, mess as well. The library is spacious and very well designed for students. The canteen has pretty amazing food, and even the hot kitchen inside the hostel is very good. Hostel infrastructure is alright, but they can do better than this.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, but the teaching depends on how they represent themselves. Some of them are really good at what they do. Curriculum is relevant, and materials are provided. I feel sometimes that the examination system is too hard on the children.

Karunya: Where theory meets lab with great mentors and ambience.
Placements: Placements in my college are good. Core companies and many high-level companies come for the campus placements. As of now, the biotechnology department has received 2,030 plus placement offers. A lot of internships are provided, especially by Biocon, to our students to ensure their place in the company. A placement training is conducted for the third-year students, where they gain knowledge for the company interviews.
Infrastructure: My college has the best infrastructure ever. Labs are top-notch. I have the best experience in campus life. Labs have high-tech machinery, and the best research environment is available in the college. The lab conditions are perfect for research. The campus life booms with people and events.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified for their job. Their teaching is good. They are super helpful and try their best to make us understand what is going on. The level of professionalism and the amount of effort everyone puts into their classes is really admirable. The course curriculum is highly relevant. Semester exams are moderate, and we have to score 50 percent to pass exams.

They provide a great environment on campus to study.
Placements: There are nearly 130 members in my batch. The highest package is 24 LPA. The recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, etc. Students get internships and roles based on their talent. Students are getting well-trained by the faculty so that all the students get placed in good companies and great job roles. They might get roles like software developer, web developer, data scientist, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: There is a great infrastructure provided for students to study without any distractions and at their own pace. The college hostel is also better as they sanitize all the areas regularly. The mess food is also good, and they have facilities that are well-maintained by the authorities.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, and most of the faculty have completed a doctorate in their specific course. The course curriculum is also very relevant. They train us to attend the interview in the 2nd year itself. The semester difficulty level is moderate, and the pass percentage is 90 percent. All the faculty members are well-qualified.
Other: I would like to explore more about AI and data science, and it was interesting that I would like to know more and more. Maybe they might give much more exposure to the course, which would be great. There are many educational events conducted in our college and they really provide valuable scholarships for the eligible students.

Good placements, good place, nice ambiance, and infrastructure.
Placements: I am studying 3rd year B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. More information is gained in this department. Programming skills and soft skills are learned in this department. Placements are good mainly in this department. Infosys and many other companies visit here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice, with good viewpoints near the hostel, and the hostel's ambience is excellent. The SRA and wardens are friendly with everyone. During study time, we focus on our work. We don’t use phones and concentrate on our studies. The food is good in each mess, and the hostel rooms are spacious.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated, and they teach us in a very good manner. Practically, they give teaching, and the staff won't scold us. They are friendly with us, and they teach us well. Exams will be conducted. The first IA will be online, and the next will be offline, and the last will be project submission. Review of Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
Placements: For our department, it is very low. Unless we push from the outside, we won't get placed. The salary package ranges between 8 LPA and 2 LPA. Top recruiters are Eskawa, Boston, and Siemens. 90% of students got internships in the field of automation. The top role offered is Junior Engineer. College faculty minus mechanical staff, the rest feel fine for teaching.
Infrastructure: The college is good. The college has a hostel, food, and medical support. I don't even want to talk about it, it's horrible. Environment and nature are good with limited food options, but pretty good for those who want to feel mechanical. They should increase the number of ending machines on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. The course is kind of, but not entirely, industry-ready. 40% is the pass percentage, and the semester is easy because the faculty gives us questions unless you mess with the faculty. They judge you a lot.
Other: There are no extracurricular activities other than worship sessions.
