National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology - the best IT college in the city.
Placements: About 80% students were placed in my course. The average salary of our students is about 2 Lacs per annum, where as the highest salary may go upto 4.5 Lacs per annum. Most of the students got placed in companies such as BQE, HP, Intel, etc. The role offered to our students are like front end developed, back end developed, full sack developed, software tester, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our college are the best as compared to other institutions in the city. There are modern labs continuing every possible element in order to make it easy for the students to learn new things. There are also hostel facilities available for the students.
Faculty: The teachers in business are very helpful and highly qualified. The staff is almost the best in the business. The course is curriculum relevant and it makes students ready to takeover industries with their knowledge and their skills. The semester exams are pretty good and the pass percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose this course because I believe that the internet is creating opportunities for students, and I want to be part of that. I think the course is good as is, and doesn't need any modifications.

University of Kashmir has good faculty members.
Placements: In my university there's lot of students getting admission, and about my course about 40 percent students were placed. Kashmir University is great university but there isn't any placements for students. They have to go out there and start looking for jobs themselves.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of statistics is good, building is clean. Labs are clean and big enough to hold lot of students in there. There is a praying room also which in my opinion is wonderful. Library is outside the statistics department in main campus. They don't provide Wi-Fi there. There are jammers in university which makes is difficult to surf internet. Canteen and all other facilities are good.
Faculty: Teacher are really helpful and they are highly qualified. They know about there subject very well. They treat students with respect and also help them equally. This course is relevant, but in Kashmir there isn't much scope for mathematics. Exams aren't difficult if you prepared well.33% is passing percentage.
Other: I like Maths that's why I choose this course. Mathematics are the way of life. The things that I wish would be better is transport system, it would be good if we have university transport available. There are lot pf event and fest held in university. We can study on scholarship by applying on NSP official website.

Placements: I studied from Islamia College and like particular tier are no company for job but one could apply for teacher post and work as teacher and almost 10 students from batch every year get scholarship and I was one among them and obviously it helped me to grow in my feild.
Infrastructure: The campus of college was definitely good. Be it the washrooms facility of drinking water. Also the ground was big enough for students to enjoy in free time also library with almlsy all kind of books helped students to not only focus on studies but to improve once life.
Faculty: Initially I was not interested for the course I only joined because of my friends but as the time passed the professor over their were so friendly and that's why I developed interest and excled and they always provided help and guidance for do good .
Other: The Best thing according to me for the course was I was already familiar about ab the context due to my class 12th. Subject and also I wish more digital call could improve in the course. Otherwise our campus had well connectivity and was best for everyone .

The college should improve its placements for students.
Placements: Placements were not a priority at Kashmir University. Only a few students were placed and some students opted for higher education in the department. Not only Kashmir University but also other institutes did not offer any placement opportunities to students.
Infrastructure: Our college had excellent infrastructure. The hostel was good. The quality of the food served was good. A canteen was available for students.
Faculty: The course focused on those fields of education that were very helpful for students to start their businesses, like fish farming, dairy farming, mushroom cultivation, apiculture, etc. Faculty members were very talented and hardworking.
Other: My overall experience was satisfactory. Other activities like sports and events were part of our education.

It is a good college but management is not good.
Placements: Approximately 76% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA. There were many students in our batch. We were not able to contact them regarding salary packages because of the lockdown.
Infrastructure: Facilities were very good in our college. Wi-Fi was not good. Canteen was good. Mess was also decent. Sports were good, especially football matches were conducted but we did not win any major league.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and smart. Semester exams were difficult but we could manage to score decent marks. The course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. We had to work hard to crack exams with decent marks.
Other: I opted for this course because it was located nearby our home.

I am satisfied with this college and it is the most preferred university for higher studies.
Placements: I am a science student pursuing a master's in botany. Kashmir University is the ultimate goal of graduates. This university has guaranteed placements in each subject but sometimes changes according to national or state policies or other sorts of conditions. Most students are placed as contractual for 2 years and then placed permanently as per their performance. So if you are interested in being a government employee, Kashmir University is the place for you. Moreover, the education sector is mostly hiring KU students.
Infrastructure: Kashmir University is the most developed University in Jammu and Kashmir. The infrastructure of our college is good. The campus is vast. The library is a marvel in itself. Every subject has its big department with every other individual facility like Wi-Fi-enabled rooms, restrooms, canteen, placement cell, etc. The hostel and sports facilities are also good. Laboratories are available for every subject and research facilities are also good.
Faculty: Teachers of Kashmir University are precious. They help you in all aspects. Teachers are experienced and highly qualified. Their teaching quality is good. Students are prepared mostly to go into the education sector. Exams are difficult to pass with good grades and the syllabus is vast. Most courses are offered for masters and Ph.D. The pass percentage is good but the competition is very high.
Other: If you want to become a professor or educator at any level, it takes a lot of time. Students get the experience of life with challenges and fun.
