Good environment and best for placements.

Placements: More than 70 percent of students get placed every year. According to the 2022 Kaziranga University placement record, there may be more than 300 companies that came for recruitment and 75 campus drives were held every year at this university.

Infrastructure: The Assam Kaziranga University provided qualified faculty members and staff. All the classrooms are provided with AC and Wi-Fi. Likewise, in hostels, free Wi-Fi is also provided. There is a separate gym for both boys and girls and indoor and outdoor facilities are also provided.

KU is a second home to me and the gateway to pursuing my dreams.

Placements: We have almost 200 students pursuing a B.Tech. in my batch at Kaziranga University in all departments. The lowest package my seniors have gotten is INR 3.5 LPA, and the highest is INR 12 LPA. This totally depends on how well you perform academically as well as how polished your soft skills are. Many companies recruit students from KU. According to my own observation, the most popular ones are Aditya Birla Group and Intellipaat.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. Our hostel is very spacious, and maintenance is great. Our classrooms are well built and modernized with necessary technology. The labs are very well built and equipped with all the necessary facilities to aid our learning. The food we get is enough to keep us healthy, medical facilities are available 24/7, and sports and games are very much encouraged.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful to the students and are always ready to help any student in need. The course curriculum is very relevant, making the students industry-ready by the time they have graduated. The semester exams are fairly distributed between moderate and difficult.

Other: I chose civil engineering because of my interest in structural design and construction. I am perfectly satisfied with my course. A memorable event for me at KU is Karyonix 2023.

Overall, our university is good and has a good ranking in the north eastern region.

Placements: About half of the students of our course were placed during the final semester. Some of the students were placed in some good MNCs. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Most of the students got internships from our course, and they were trained in some Maharatna PSUs.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the hostel as well as in the classrooms. The infrastructure is good here, and there is a huge library in the university. The meal provided in the hostel is of excellent quality. Every professor has chamber consultation hours in which students can discuss.

Faculty: The teachers here are really helpful and are supportive. Most of them are qualified PhD, and they also have relevant experience of teaching. The course is relevant to the curriculum, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not much difficult, and the pass percentage is about 90%.

Other: I am very passionate about engineering, and this course got my attention. So, I chose this course. I got to know about the university, so I joined here.

Placements: Placement are very good in our batch of 2012-2016 almost 75% of the Students were placed and 95% of the boys of the boys were placed in companies like TopCem, Naccon Infra, SGS, Dalmia etc. Best private college in upper Assam very good labs upto date study contents Verious software certification course inculed in syllabus like AutoCad, Matlab, Staadpro. Very good teaching staff. Best private college in Assam. We were the 1st batch I was from civil engineering the highest package offered in our batch is 3 LPA I was placed in naccon infra with a package of 2.5 I was given core engineering role like survey works and lab testing Those placed in Topcem were given marketing related role and quality control their package was also 2.5 LPA Mostly students from civil did internship in PSU and were arrangement were done by the students.

Infrastructure: World class infrastructure like language Lab, Cafe, playground, indoor game facility, the latest laboratory, upto date equipments, smart classrooms, there is a health center in the campus. There seperate hostel in campus for both boys and girls with facilities like Gym, indoor games, library etc. Boys hostel capacity is 500-800 Girls hostel capacity is 400-600 Hostel food in very good and the whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled and all classrooms are centrally AC with projector in every class room.

Faculty: Kazaringa university has 1. School of engineering and technology 2. School of Business 3. School of Socila Science 4. School of Basic Science It has courses like B.Tech students intake is 120 per branch it has the following branches civil, mechanical, electronics, computer Science, electrical It has MBA programme with specilation in Marketing, finance, Hr, hospitality management, infra management It has Ph.D. M.Tech and M.Sc. Courses MBA programme has international immersion programme and has many tie ups with verious companies.

Other: Event organised is- KU Telent Tantea Sports week organised every week Scholarship for meritorious students Tie ups for further study in foreign country One of my classmate is studying in Delph university Neatherland Beautiful campus the campus has a total of around 2500 students combing all vericals.

Overall good for the degree. Great infra and faculty. Don't expect placements in MNCs.

Placements: We were the first batch of Kaziranga University. So, they tried their level best to place all the students. Though many companies turned up, most of them were new companies and so the salary was a bit low. There were also companies like TCS and other BPOs, but as they were not our core companies, many students didn't sit for the placements. Companies like Aarvi Electromech, Systrom India, etc. visited for internship. The stipends offered were between 15000/month to 25000/month. Some of my friends are also presently working in Nikon.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good as it's a new university. It's equipped with all the basic requirements like Wi-Fi. There were centrally AC rooms but they barely turned on the ACs. A library is available. Medical facilities are available 24*7. It has two big sports grounds. The food is good but the cafeteria is a bit small, so we had to wait for a long time. The hostel rooms are good. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues. Overall, the infrastructure is good.

Faculty: The faculty members were very helpful and yes, they were qualified as well as knowledgeable. They help in every way they can. But the problem is that faculty members keep on changing very frequently. Our batch faced this problem when we had our exams coming. Our teachers got a job somewhere else and for many days, there were no faculty members for the subject. Otherwise, they were great. We didn't get industry exposure but I heard that the next batch was sent to institutes like NICMAR for training.

Other: People say a lot about private universities but according to me, Assam Kaziranga University is far better than any other private universities in North-East. Other universities are not able to place a single student but KU at least placed half of the students.
