Know everything about Kaziranga University.

Placements: 90–80% is the placement rate. The highest package is 15 LPA, the average is 8 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, BDS, Genpact, Teleperformance, CGI, Intel, Vodafone, TNS, Microsoft, Google, Basware, JAGbros, Etech, and Thought Works, creating abundant job opportunities for graduates.

Infrastructure: The faculty members are Ph.D. holders or M.Tech. graduates from IITs and NITs. The infrastructure is very education-friendly and there is well-furnished furniture with AC, smart boards and free Wi-Fi. And we have 2 libraries with many books that are required. The hostel's facilities are very good. A separate gym is there for boys and girls. Indoor and Outdoor Sports facilities Dining Halls Extended hours of the university library for providing the facility open to hostel boarders in particular. Medical support staff for any sort of emergency and an ambulance. Bus services for hostel boarders for traveling to the city (2 days in a week). Laundry Services. Wi-fi facility and common TV room.

Faculty: The faculty members are highly educated Ph.D. holders or M.Tech graduates from IITs and the teaching quality is very good with proper labs and smart boards for virtual education. The course curriculum is very relevant and properly designed. The semester exams are of medium-difficulty and the pass percentage is up to to 90–95%.

Our college is too good with an amazing crowd.

Placements: 70-80 percent students get placed from our college. The highest package is 12 -14 Lacs, average package is 6-8 Lacs and the lowest package is 3-5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Google, etc. 50% students got internship via off campus.

Infrastructure: The facilities given in our college are amazing and the infrastructure is so cool/amazing. Wi-Fi / internet connection is there in labs, classrooms and library. The quality of food is good in mess and canteen. They also provide good medical facilities to the students.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and humble towards the students. The teaching quality is too good. Teachers are well qualified and they provide good knowledge. Semester exams are easy. Passing marks are 33%.

One of the great and number 1 universities in North East India.

Placements: University claims 100 percent of placements especially for engineering students and that is correct but depends upon the package. The highest package is university claims 12-14 LPA and a minimum of 3.5 LPA. India's top and well companies are coming to recruit like Bosch, Tata, TCS, Simens, and many more.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is really good, The classrooms, library, laboratories, workshops, and canteen all are top of the notch as compared to other universities which are situated in NorthEast. If you are interested in any sports activity then you must check out this university because here you find 3 separate playgrounds one for cricket and another for football and basketball. The tennis court and many outdoor activities are available indoors too.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and well qualified and knowledgeable, In the course curriculum, the university helps us to be industry ready and teaches us how to crack an interview, and also they gave us coaching about aptitude. Faculty members always mentor every student and help them.

It is an upcoming good university.

Placements: About 60% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in our course is 8 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Many top recruiting companies are coming to our college. In our course, about 90% of students got internships. The top role offered in our course is as a mechanical engineer.

Infrastructure: Our university is cool. The infrastructure of the college is natural. In our course, Wi-Fi, a library, a classroom, and many lab facilities are available. On our college campus, hostel facilities are available. There are five hostels on our campus. The hostel food is good. Sports and ATM facilities are here.

Faculty: We have nine faculty members in our course. All of them are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant. This course makes you industry-ready. Semester exams are a little bit difficult, but you will get good marks if you study properly.

Other: I want to work for OGC, so I chose a mechanical engineering course. Every year, they celebrate a talentantra event at Kaziranga University.

Best private university in the North East region for technical education.

Placements: Placement depends upon many factors. Most importantly the hard work and talent of the students. The placement cell is much more efficient than any other institution. They will try their level best to place you in a good company. Rest depends upon the efforts of the students.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility is above average. There won't be any difficulties as far as hostel facilities are concerned. Classrooms and labs are also in good condition. Most of the lab equipments are in working conditions which is very important. The library is also equipped with a spectrum of good and relevant books of each stream.

Faculty: It won't be right to generalize all the faculty members on the same level. There are very good faculty members in each department. Most importantly they are friendly to the students. You can take suggestions from them. They will be always there to help you out. Sometimes some faculty members are also helping in subjects which they are not even teaching. So they are going to help you with all aspects of your journey.

Our college provides good infrastructure and experienced faculty members.

Placements: Placements in our college were average and do not expect much. However, the placement cell does huge efforts to bring in companies. As for our batch, only a few were placed in a company. In our final year, only 3 companies had come for recruitment. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. However, there was a huge possibility of improvement in the placement scenario as the institute gains its reputation for the years to come.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was very good. Classrooms were air-conditioned. Wi-Fi was average. The library was good with a great ambiance. Hostels were not air-conditioned. The playground was there for sports. The basketball court and badminton court were good enough. Cafeteria was small but it served good food.

Faculty: The best thing about this institute was the faculty members. Teachers were highly qualified and experienced. They were always ready to help and assist whenever needed. The teaching methodology was good. The course curriculum was much at par with the industry standards.

Other: The annual fest organised was just fabulous. Top artists of the country were invited and rocking shows take place. The campus crowd was amazing.

I am not completely satisfied with our college. However, overall, it is a good university.

Placements: According to the marketing course of the university, placements were provided. But, overall, students were not happy with the placements. I got placed in the core sector, so I am happy. But many of my friends didn't get good opportunities. Apart from our department, the rest of all departments faced the same situation. Only some IT department students got some opportunities.

Infrastructure: The environment was very good in our college to study. The quality of the labs, classrooms, the library and all facilities is the best, but our college never provides very good Wi-Fi facility. I was a day scholar, so I am not aware of the hostel facilities. However, according to my friends, the quality of the food served was average. Medical, sports and games facilities were superb.

Faculty: Teaching staff members were also brilliant except for some who were not useful. Teachers were helpful, kind, very qualified and always supportive except for some. They provide quality education. The course curriculum was very relevant to the real-life, and students were ready for the industry. I also worked in the steel industry.

Other: I have chosen the mechanical branch because it was my dream and ambition to pursue it. I was able to learn all mechanical related knowledge. Events and fest organised here were awesome. But the course fee was very high.

Dissatisfied due to very poor placements.

Placements: Placements in Mechanical in KU is pretty average. The average package was too low during my time. Like the highest was around 2-3 LPA. Provided the course fee and all was so high. ROI was pretty low. It would take almost 3-4 years to make up for the money invested.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good. KU does have well-equipped labs, AC classrooms and Wi-Fi facility too. However, the Wi-Fi is pretty slow. KU also has a well-equipped library. It also have football and cricket grounds and facilities for other sports as well.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and faculty panel during my time was average. However, all were pretty helpful. Also, the course curriculum was updated according to industry. It consisted of all the core subjects of Mechanical Engineering. Overall it was decent.
