King George's Medical University offers scholarships to students as financial assistance. Students can apply on the National Scholarship Portal for various scholarships offered by the university. Check the eligibility criteria and apply online for the scholarships. For particular scholarships available for the SC category students, please visit the official website of the university.
The NEET SS application fee is INR 3,500. The fee is same for candidates belonging to each category. This is the application fee for each group. Hence, candidates planning to apply for two groups will have to pay INR 7,000 (3,500 + 3,500). The fee has to be paid in online mode, via credit/debit card or net banking. NBE states, "Applications forms once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded under any circumstances. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn. Any claim for refund, adjustment or carrying forward of Application fee will not be entertained. Examination fees in respect of candidates who are absent or have been declared ineligible due to any reason will be forfeited." As compared to last year, the fee has been reduced. Last year, the fee amount was INR 4,250 for each group.

Yes both colleges are good for MD in Medicine.
The difference is not dramatic—I wouldd call it KGMU 9/10 vs SMS 8.5–8.8/10 for MD Medicine. If you are from Rajasthan and prefer Jaipur, choosing SMS over KGMU would still be a very reasonable decision. If both are equally convenient, I'd take KGMU.
