Every year, the cut off marks for the KGMU NEET exam are affected due to the following factors:

KGMU offers admisison to PG courses via UP NEET PG to the Home State category candidates. For admission to KGMU to the PG courses via UP NEET PG, the cutoff for the General Home State category was between 1 and 6377.

Through NEET MDS, candidates can get admission to the MDS course at KGMU. The last round closing ranks for admisison to NEET MDS among the General AI category students varied betwen 3 and 388.

The basic scores that the university requires to consider candidates to be eligible must score at least at least an aggregate of 50%. Presently, KGMU offers admission to MBBS course on 250 seats. Candidates are selected based on a valid rank obtained in NEET UG entrance exam. No, candidates are not allowed to get admission to the MBBS course at KGMU without NEET scores. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pursue an MBBS degree in India without passing the NEET exam. To get selected by King George Medical University for the MBBS course, candidates must qualify for certain eligibility criteria from which the first one is candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCB stream with a minimum of 50% scores. Secondly, candidates must appear and secure good scores in the NEET entrance examination. Lastly, the last seat allotments are based on candidates' performance in UP NEET counselling.
