Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) to apply for KL University Hyderabad BTech programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Aspirants must also pass JEE Main, KLEEE or Uni-GAUGE for admission to BTech course.

KL University Hyderabad conducts KLEEE for admission to BTech programme. KL Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted twice in a year at university level. The exam is conducted for three hours and includes Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics sections. Aspirants who have a valid JEE Main or Uni-GAUGE scores are exempted from appearing for KLEEE.

KL University Hyderabad without the TS EAMCET exam for B.Tech is not possible.

Admissions to the B.Tech programs includes KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Examination),  JEE-Main,  JEE-Advanced, or other state-level engineering entrance exams across India. Additionally, candidates with merit in sports or cultural activities may also be considered for admission.

Students who attempted and passed the klueee exam,  this college's admission exam,  are the first to go. Based on mains,  eamcet,  and other admission examinations,  the second preference is made.Therefore,  there is no set limit. As a result,  registrations are terminated when they reach the high limit.So,  using their +2 scores and entrance exam results,  one can check and enrol.
