Admission to MA course at UOK is merit-based. Candidates can get admission to Kota university by meeting the eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility is General Category with 48% and SC / ST / OBC / MBC = Min. Yes, the placement and counselling cell of the University of Kota was formed with a vision to educate, enrich, empower, and enhance the employability of its students. The cell invites companies related to marketing, software, chemicals, builders, and other recruiters to be a part of the placement process. The placement cell has been constantly working in coordination with its faculties, external advisors, and recruiters. The placement office serves to bridge the gap between a job aspirant and a prospective employer and, at the same time, helps the students plan their careers by providing in-depth information about the industries that approach the university. The university provides an environment for holistic personality development.

Kota University accepts the scores of various national-level entrance exams like CMAT, MAT, XAT, CAT, ATMA, and GMAT for admission to the MBA course.

Kota University charges a one-time hostel fee of INR 500 from all its students with an additional refundable security deposit of INR 2,000 for Indian students and INR 10,000 for foreign students. Nominal charges are also included in the hostel fee on a per-month basis, such as water (INR 100), electricity (INR 50), and hostel development (INR 100), etc. Mess charges are collected separately on the basis of actual expenditure with an annual advance of INR 5,000. The monthly hostel fee varies according to courses, such as

• For Ph.D – INR 1,000 per month

The total tuition fee for MA courses at University of Kota ranges from INR 12,000-INR 20,000. Candidates also have to pay tutition fee and hostel fee.
