Placements: The lowest package offered in our course is 1 LPA. The highest package offered in our course is 4 LPA. Some students got internships from our course. Almost 40% of students were placed in our course. There are so many rules offered in our course.

Infrastructure: In our course or department facilities are very good. They provide Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, etc. The quality of facilities in our hostels are very good. Food quality in the mess and canteen is also very good. Medical facilities are also provided.

Faculty: Our teachers are knowledgeable. They are very helpful and well-qualified. They give proper guidance for our future. The teaching quality of our teachers is very good. Our semester exams in this college are not difficult. The pass percentage required is 45%.

The college campus is very good. The location of the college is also very good.

Placements: In my batch, there are more than 30 students and everyone gets a chance for placements, but it's our choice to choose for placements or opt for further studies. Many companies come to give opportunities to students according to their knowledge and qualifications.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel on the campus is very good, neat, and clean. There are also labs, classrooms, and the library. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel room. Rooms are neat and clean. The hostel mess is really good. There is also a facility to get a single room and a double room.

Faculty: In college, all teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of teachers is also good. They teach very well to students, so every topic will be understood very easily. Semester exams are difficult for those who did not study well in class.

It is a good college for education, located in a good place.

Placements: 60 to 90% of students take admission every year. Internships are given by the college based on your salary package. About 30 to 40 percent of students get internships. You can do an M.Sc. in the subject you are interested in, which can help you become a teacher in your college.

My unforgettable college life.

Placements: None of the students were placed in my class as my course is theory based rather than skilled. There is no such thing as the highest or the lowest package as there are no placements in my course. Companies did not recruit our course students as we only have theoretical knowledge and so no specific roles were provided either.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure in our department is old fashioned, we do have a smart board in the class to study. Wi-Fi facility is also available along with practical labs for practice. As our college is of a regular type, there is no hostel for the students and no canteen either. Generally the students come daily from home to take classes.

Faculty: In our college, the teachers were highly qualified having cleared NET and JRF exams. They have a very good teaching style which makes topics easy to understand. The teachers were very helpful as mentors. As my course does not have skill based knowledge, we can’t work in the industry. The course is not that difficult, the exams were held once in a week.

Other: As I am a UPSC aspirant, I opted for this course to get enough time to study. The syllabus should be revised.

Our college is a good place for students to get degrees and find work.

Placements: Placements in our college are not so good because our students are mostly involved in elections and are not enriched in college. They only make sense and do not provide placements. In the end, they only provide a degree and a job.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. All students take part on campus. Students in college are enrolled in college. The canteen is not available so students face problems.

Faculty: Our faculty members are excellent. Exams are held on time, and students are prepared for them. In college, students are giving exams semester-wise, whereas it was yearly before. Students are advised to give exams every year.

Other: Our college is overcrowded because there are more students on campus.

Review of Kumaun University.

Placements: This is a normal government college, so there are not many placements. A few teachers try hard to provide placements for students, and a few companies also try to invest in talented students. Recently, a few students were hired by HCL.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel, but PGs are available around the college. Every subject has a separate department and lab for practical purposes. There is a library, but there are no seating arrangements. You can just borrow the books.

Faculty: Even if it is a government college, there is more than one teacher for a particular subject. Teachers are very cooperative and helpful with any problems. Every 15–20 students are provided with a mentor with whom they can share any sort of problem related to any topic or subject. There is a weekly test to prepare for exams.
