Help the helpless animals.
Placements: In our course, placements are not there, but we have a B. Tech in dairy technology, where placement is 100%. The B. Tech batch of 25 students all get a job by placements with a handsome package of about 5-8 LPA. An internship program is there in our course for 1 year, and it is only for veterinary graduate students.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good as our hostels are government-hosted, so the fee is very low, around Rs.7,000-Rs.10,000 per year, and electricity and water are free. The mess is run by the students itself so the food is also good. The hostel has free Wi-Fi and a 24/7 canteen. There is a volleyball ground, a cricket ground, and a common room for indoor games in the hostel.
Faculty: Exams are taken in two forms internal and external exams. Three internal exams are taken with an interval of two months, and the external exam is held at the end of the academic year. In the external exam, there is one theory and one practical exam for each subject. Faculty and curriculum are nice. Many events are organized by teachers and students.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a doctor. I am an animal lover who wants to give a duty to society by supporting animals in any possible way. Everything in college is good, and I have no complaints. Fests and events are held, but the campus crowd is less.

A good college for veterinarians in India and has really good clinical infrastructure and teachers.
Placements: The placement scenario at our college is just average. This year, 3–4 pass-out students from BVSC got placement in foreign countries like Australia, New Zealand and Mauritius. The placement depends more on the clinical knowledge of the student than on their CGPA. So overall, if you're good in clinics during your internship, you'll get placement.
Infrastructure: The labs are very well-equipped and the hospital is also the main government animal hospital in Haryana, so cases from the nearby districts come regularly, so the students get a lot of practical exposure. The Nehru Library is also one of the best in the state and has a collection of over 40,000 books. The hostel facility is something that needs to be improved. The hostel buildings are very old but you can easily get PG outside.
Faculty: The curriculum at LUVAS is one of the toughest in the country. Teachers are well qualified, having PHDs from prestigious institutes in India, US and the UK. Their teaching language is usually Hindi but they can explain it in English for students from faraway states like Jammu & Kashmir. There are 3 internal exams in each year and then the final exams, which are held in the examination hall. It is also very difficult to maintain a high CGP due to the very tough marking in the exam.
Other: There aren't that many events that are organized, just the Freshers Party and some major events on Diwali and New Year, so it can be improved by the college authorities to allow students to organize more events throughout the year.

Very good facilities.
Placements: Placing % depends on how you performed in your professional years. Every student has to do an internship program from the college in which the college or the government pays you every month for your expenses. The internship program in my college is the best in INDIA.
Infrastructure: In class, updated technology like projectors and TV screens are available for study purposes. Our college offers the biggest library in Asia. The quality of food is good and very affordable, with free medical facilities. There is one mandatory sports class every week.
Faculty: Professors in my college are very helpful, solving doubts, and are qualified. The teaching faculty is the best faculty for veterinary in LUVAS in INDIA. The course curriculum is simple, relevant, and to the point. The difficulty level of exams is moderate. The passing percentage is 50%.
Other: I have chosen this course due to my passionate love towards animals.

I am completely satisfied with this college.
Placements: As you know that veterinary has a great scope in the present time and increasing with times. You do not have to worry about placements. You can do private practice or can pursue masters or can appear for any government job. The main thing you have to do is to maintain your CGPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very great, and the labs are fully equipped with components. The library has a vast variety of books. Classrooms are digital and equipped with projectors. The hostel is good. You will not suffer from any problem here. There is a large ground for volleyball and cricket, so you can enjoy your favourite sports also.
Faculty: As it is a government college, you don't have to worry about the faculty members. The faculty of every subject is very polite. They have good knowledge of their respective subjects and teach them in a very easy and understandable way. BVSC and AH make the students ready for the field.
Other: I am pursuing BVSC and AH. I am from the 2019 batch. I want to say that my seniors are very helpful in every aspect. The college is perfect, so I do not need any improvement in the college.

Satisfied with level of education.
Placements: Almost each students gets placed as Veterinary Surgeon within 3 years of completion of degree with minimum starting salary of about 70k per month. Compulsory internship of 1 year has to be completed in different animal health centres and other places in state.
Infrastructure: Currently LUVAS is sharing library, hostels and college campus with CCSHAU but still its comfortable to much extent. A new campus for the university is being constucted on NH152. Lecture Halls and Laboratories are good and well-equipped. Clinics are best for large animals especially bovines.
Faculty: Teaching methodology is superb here in LUVAS. Almost every teacher is a Ph.D. and teaches with best efforts. The dedication of teachers is not less than how you get taught at school. And yes their teachings makes you ready for every challenge in outside world.
Other: The best thing about being a veterinarian is you get to do something for them (animals) who can do much for them by themselves. However it is almost perfect, infrastructure is the factor for LUVAS to lag behind in ICAR rankings. After being shifted to its own campus there won't be any justified issue with it.
