RUASAT 2026 Application Form: Registration Process, Fees & Dates

Candidates will have to follow tips to register and apply for RUASAT 2026.

Registration

The student will have to visit website of Ramaiah University in order to register for RUASAT. Students will have to search for the ‘Admissions’ tab present on the panel. Once the candidate has clicked on the link candidate will be directed to a new page. From there, click on the ‘Registrations’ tab. Once candidate clicks on the tab they will be directed to a new page where they will have to fill in the following details as mentioned:

Once candidate has registered student will have to use their login ID and password to proceed to fill out application form. Candidate will have to fill up details such as their personal and academic details, upload images such as their passport-size photograph and signature & documents.

Pay Application Form

Once details are filled candidate can proceed to make payment of application fee, which is INR 2,000. The application fee can only be paid online:

• Net Banking
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• UPI

Confirmation

Once student has made the payment student has successfully applied for RUASAT. A confirmation mail will be sent to the candidate at their registered email IDs.

The following details are required to be entered in the RUASAT Application Form.

The student will have to follow the instructions while filling out the application form, which is as follows:

• Fill in the application form after the candidate has met the eligibility requirements for admission to the programme.
• The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. Follow them strictly.
• It is mandatory to provide your correct email address as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication.
• University / Board / Marks percentage written in the Application Form will be considered for all procedures related to admission. Any discrepancy found during original document verification will result in the cancellation of Admission.
• Candidates must submit the filled-in application forms along with the supporting documents (duly self-attested) within 3 days of the declaration of Karnataka PUC/ISC/CBSE results in person, / Parents/guardians. Other Examination Boards whose results may be declared after the results of the above-mentioned Boards, such applications will be considered, subject to the availability of seats.
• You cannot apply more than once for the same program in one admission year.
