Students seeking admission in Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences BSc (Hons) must qualify RUASAT. Below is the exam patter for reference of the students:

The RUASAT is an entrance exam conducted by Ramaiah University, Bangalore, for admissions into undergraduate and postgraduate programs like B.Tech, MBA, and M.Tech.

The conducting body for RUASAT 2026, will be M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS). Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences based in Bangalore. 

The purpose is to provide admission to various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs, particularly in engineering, pharmacy and applied sciences which allows students to join different faculties.

The institute offers a range of programs to choose from. Students learn leadership and managerial skills. They also get a solid foundation in business principles.

The RUASAT exam is for admission to M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. It's a single university entrance exam, not a common entrance exam for multiple institutions. Therefore, there's only one admitting institute associated with the RUASAT exam: MSRUAS.

Thereare many courses through which candidates can get admission to the Ramaiah University whithout appearing for RUASAT examination. CAT/MAT/CLAT/SLAT/JEE MAINS scores will be considered for the corresponding respective courses. RUAS AT will be exempted for such candidates

M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences offers Merit and Admission Test scholarships to students. The scholarship is offered considering the merit of the candidates. The Scholarships Awards Committee and approve eligible applications. Students who do not qualify for scholarship are notified by the Committee with the reason for rejection.

The application process was online for both Sessions 1 & 2. The last date for submitting the RUASAT 2026 Application form for Session 1 was April 5, 2026.

Students should be 17 years to 28 years for some programs offered in RUASAT. But specific age limit varies by course to course.

It required 10+2 with PCM/PCB and minimum marks which is: 

45% for general category

40% for reserved

Academically, the student must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and math or biology depending on the chosen undergraduate course.
