RUASAT Result 2026: Check Result Date, Exam Highlights, Marking Scheme & Merit List

The email you used during the RUASAT 2026 registration will get the notification regading the results. So, the results will not be send by post.

After the merit list is released, qualified candidates will be invited for the counselling process. Steps after the RUASAT 2026 results includes:

RUASAT 2026 marking scheme will likely be same as previous year and there will be no negative marking. Based on last year pattern, it will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and questions will be 1 mark each. With total of 100 questions (expected). Exam duration is expected be 3 hours. The general marking scheme which is one mark per question with no negative marking) is expected to be consistent across all RUASAT entrance tests.

The RUASAT exam is for admission to M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. It's a single university entrance exam, not a common entrance exam for multiple institutions. Therefore, there's only one admitting institute associated with the RUASAT exam: MSRUAS.

Thereare many courses through which candidates can get admission to the Ramaiah University whithout appearing for RUASAT examination. CAT/MAT/CLAT/SLAT/JEE MAINS scores will be considered for the corresponding respective courses. RUAS AT will be exempted for such candidates

Students seeking admission in Faculty of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences BSc (Hons) must qualify RUASAT. Below is the exam patter for reference of the students:

RUASAT 2026 exam will be conducted in an online format which computer based test (CBT). 

The duration of the entrance exam is 3 Hours (45 minutes per section). Students will have to solve MCQ-type questions.

RUASAT 2026 admit card is expected to be released in third week of April 2026. RUASAT 2026 exam date for session 1 will be April 6 to April 12, 2026. The RUASAT 2026 exam date for session 2 will be April 20 to April 26.

The Gnanagangothri Campus on New BEL Road is home to the Faculties of Dental Sciences, Pharmacy, Hospitality Management and Catering Technology, Management & Commerce, Life & Allied Health Sciences, School of Social Sciences, Medical, Physiotherapy, Nursing, and School of Law and the programs offered by each of them.

The conducting body for RUASAT 2026, will be M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS). Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences based in Bangalore. 

The purpose is to provide admission to various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs, particularly in engineering, pharmacy and applied sciences which allows students to join different faculties.
